No. 13) are hereby released and included assigning Rank 36A and 36B respectively in between Rank 36 and 37 in the Ranked List for selection to the Post of High School Assistant (English) in the Education Department in Wayanad District finalized with effect from 25-8-2005 where in their result was withheld.

Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Short List are advised to refer to Notification No. ERVI/3097/2005/EW, dated 19-1-2006 for the register numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

But answer scripts will be rechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks to the various answers if the prescribed fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan under the head of account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking. According to the existing procedure revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer script will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees ten only) remitted in any of the Treasuries in the state under the head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Thrissur within 2 months from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who make applications for rechecking within prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above the answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in totalling of marks to the various answers. If it is found that the examiner has omitted to award marks to a question or a sub division of a question, the paper will be got rechecked and discrepancies rectified by the examiner. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the (Objective Type) OMR Test held on 30-7-2005 for the post of Lower Division Clerk on Rs. 3050-5230 in Various Departments in Thrissur District (Category No. 277/2004) arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 01-01-2006. The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable against vacancies reported to the Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidate will be advised on the basis of their communities specified in the list.
