Sri Abdulla Sona , Advocate , Tarissur has been appointed as Notary for 3 years with effect from 19-2-1996 and the Certificate is being renewed periodically . The certificate of Practice renewed for five years with effect from 19-2-2002 expired on 18-2-2007.As per letter dated 3-9-2007 the Notary has "informed that he has stopped his Practice as Notary since he was appointed to a permanent post in the year2004, in response to letter No. 10792/14/2007 /Law dated 8-5-2007 requesting to produce the Notarial Registers for inspection .
In the above circumstances , in exercise of powers conferred under Section 10 ( f) of the Notaries Act , 1956 , the Government are pleased to remove the name of Sri Abdulla Sona, Advocate , Thrissur from the Register of Notaries with effect from 1-12-2004.

In exercise of the powers conferredby sections 3and 5 of the Notaries Act 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub - rule ( 1) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Smt. Gracy Mathew , Advocate , Kaiparumbattu House, Cherathony, Vanchikavala, Idukki Colony P. O.. Idukki as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 23-7-2007 in the are comprising the jurisdiction of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court , Idukki in the Revenue District of Idukki with Register No. 3/99/ IDKY .
