Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Chemicals in Chemical Examiner's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram . The estimated amount is Rs . 1.5 lakhs .
The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. S. 3075/07/CE for the supply of Chemicals addressed to " The Chief Chemical Examiner to Government, Chemical Examiner's Laboratory , Thiruvananthapuram- 35 , Kerala " . The last date for receipt of completed tender is 8-2-2008 at 4 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3p.m. on 9-2-2008 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the undesigned , obtain the requisite tender forms with details of items on which tenders are to be submitted . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (inclusive of VAT) which is the rate fixed for the original tender form and is not refundable under any circumstances . The sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p . m . on 4-2-2008 . Cheques , Postal Orders , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms . The tender form will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issuedued at Rs . 225 per copy .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ നികുതിയടക്കം വിലയായ 450 (നാന്നൂറ്റിഅൻപത് രൂപ നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖേനയോ അടച്ച തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുളള കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില ചെക്ക് , (ഡ്രാഫ്റ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ യായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ , വിൽപ്പന 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരി 4 1-00 തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായി രിക്കും . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോറം ഫാറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ഒന്നിന് 225 രൂപ മാത്രം) (ക്രമത്തിൽ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില 2000م മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . "എന്ന് പ്രത്യേകം എഴുതി "ഗവമെന്റ് ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനർ , ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -33 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരി 5-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരി 6-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു മുകളിൽ " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ എസ് -581 / 2006 /സി ഈ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിലേക്ക്" എന്ന് പ്രത്യേകം എഴുതി "ഗവൺമെൻറ് ചിഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനർ , കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനേഴ്സ് ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 35 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഘാസുകൾ 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 5.0 തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 7-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കു ന്നതുമായിരിക്കും . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ നികുതിയടക്കം വിലയായ 169 രൂപ (രൂപ നൂറ്റി അറുപത്തി ഒൻപത് മാരം ) നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖേനയോ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുള്ള കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തി ചീഫ് നിന്നും ചെക്ക് , (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്‌റാൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഒർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരി 4-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ഡ്യൂാിക്കേറ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ഫോറം ഒന്നിന് 113 രൂപ (നൂറ്റി പതിമൂന്ന് രൂപ (3 ) ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും 28007 നൽകുന്നതല്ല .
