Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Survey Stones of the specification and quantity described below :
The tenders should be superscribed on the envelope as " Tender for the supply of Survey Stones for Koyilandy Taluk , Iringal Village in Kozhikode District for the year 2007-08" and addressed to the Assistant Director , Survey and Land Records ( Range) , Kozhikode so as to reach him before 2 p . m. on 6-2-2008 . It will open in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives present at that time on 6-2-2008, 3 p . m .
The stones are to be supplied when required by the concerned survey officers within 15 days from the date of indent and at the places which will be mentioned in the intends .
The persons submitting tenders should produce a solvency certificate on a stamp paper worth Rs . 100 (Rupees One Hundred only) obtained from the respective Tahsildar within a period of 6 months from the date of the contract clearly indicating the details of the properties which should not to be an amount of less than 10 % of the estimated cost subject to a minimum of Rs . 1,62,000 (RupeesOne lakh sixty two thousand only) .
In the case of successful tenderers they should pledge the properties to the value of 50 % ( fifty percent only) of the total value shown in the solvency certificate with the Government till the expiry of the contract or they should pledge the Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee for the remittance of an amount not less than 5 % of the value of the contract with the Government till the expiry of the contract . This is in addition to the security deposit of 5% of the value of the contract , Intending tenderers should give application to the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records (Range) , Kozhikode to obtain the requisite tender form in which tenders should be submitted. Applica- tion for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 1,000 with Sales Tax which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 6-2-2008 . Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will be the forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 500 per copy plus sales tax.
Description of Sarvey Stones.-Hard granite stones ofdurable quality having diamensions 60x15x15 cms .

Every survey stone must have a coconut tree mark cut in one cm. deep on one of the lateral sides. The coconut tree mark shall have a total length of 12 cms. and a total width of 7 cms . and the top of the mark shall be 7 cms . below the top level of the

stones and a plumat hole in 1 cm . depth in the centre top of the stone.
The stones which are required for block boundary, khandom boundary, trijunction points , etc. in modern survey, must have the appropriate symbols as per rules, which will be specified in the indents . All stone must be roughly squared to one -third of their length from the top .
Each tenderer should deposit Rs . 16,200 towards the carnest money before 1 p.m. on 6-2-2008 and the receipt attached with the tender . Earnest Money Deposit may be either in a form of Crossed Bank Draft or Treasury Savings Bank Deposit or Govern- ment Promissory notes which is drawn in the name of Director of Survey and Land Records . An agreement in the prescribed form in stamp paper worth Rs . 100 duly executed should also be enclose with the tender .
Tenders received without the Earnest Money Deposit and the agreement will not be considered.
Anyfurther information if required can be had from the office ofthe undersigned on any working days during office hours .

ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 005-00 . കവറിൻമോ "കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിലെ കൊയിലാണ്ടി താലൂക്കി ലേക്ക് 2007-08 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ റീസർവ്വേ ആവശ്യത്തിന് സർവ്വേക്കല്ലുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിനുള്ള ടെണ്ടർ " എന്നെഴുതി അസിസ്ററൻറ് ഡയറക്‌‌ടർ , സർവ്വേ റെയിഞ്ച് , കോഴിക്കോട് എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 6 -ാം തീയതി 2 മണിക്കോ, അതിനുമുമ്പോ കിട്ടത്തക്കവണ്ണം അയച്ചി രിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് തൽസമയം ഹാജലുള്ള ടെണ്ടറുകാരുടേയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധി കളുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
സർവ്വേക്കല്ലുകൾ റീസർവ്വേയ്ക്കുവേണ്ടി നിയോഗി ചിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻമാർ നൽകുന്ന ഇൻറൻറിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ഇൻറൻറുകിട്ടി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .
ഷെറിൻറെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 10 ശതമാനത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള 1,62,000 ( ഒരുലക്ഷത്തി അറുപത്തിരണ്ടായിരം ) രൂപയിൽ കുറയാതെ ടെണ്ടറു കാരൻ സ്വകാര്യസ്വത്തുക്കളുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും കരാർ തീയതിക്ക് 6 മാസത്തി 100 നുള്ളിൽ വാങ്ങിയത് ടെണ്ടറുകളോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം .
സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ തൻറ സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ കാണിച്ച സ്വകാര്യ സ്വത്തുക്കളുടെ പകുതി വിലയ്ക്ക് തുല്യമായ വസ്തുക്കൾ കരാർ അവസാനിക്കുന്നതുവരെ ഗവൺ മെൻറിൽ ഈദുവയ്ക്കുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കരാറിൻറ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 5 % വരുന്ന തുക ബാങ്കിൽ ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ ഗ്യാരൻറിയായോ കരാർ അവസാനിക്കുന്ന തുവരെ ഈടുവയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കൂടാതെ എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 5 % ജാമ്യത്തുകയായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ടെണ്ടർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിശ്ചിത ഫോറം അസിസ്ററ് ഡയറക്‌‌ടർ , സർവ്വേ റെയിഞ്ച് കോഴിക്കോട് എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്ത വാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ് .
ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോടുകൂടി ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി 1000 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും പണമായി ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 6-2-2008 20 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന താണ് . ചെക്കുകൾ , തപാൽ മുദ്രകൾ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം വി , പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ ഡ്യൂരിക്കേറ് (வ 500 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കി അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
സർവേക്കല്ലുകളുടെ വിവരണം : - നല്ല ഉറപ്പുളള കരിങ്കല്ലിൽ 60×15×15 സെ . മീ . അളവിലുള്ള അടങ്കൽ തുക. രൂപ 16,20,000 സർവ്വ കല്ലുകളുടെ എണ്ണം-48300
കല്ലിന്റെയും മുകളിൽ നിന്ന് മൂന്നിൽ ഒരുഭാഗം ചതുരപ്പെടുത്തിയവയും അവയുടെ ഒരു വശത്ത് 12 സെ.മീ. നീളവും 7 സെ.മീ. വീതിയും ഉളള ഒരു തങ്ങടയാളം ഒരു സെ . മീ . ആഴത്തിൽ കൊത്തിയിരിക്കണം . തെങ്ങടയാളത്തിൻറെ മുകൾഭാഗം കല്ലിൻറെ മുകളിൽനിന്നും 7 സെ . മീ . താഴെയായിരി ക്കണം . കൂടാതെ കല്ലിൻറ മുകൾഭാഗത്ത് നടുവി ലായി 1 സെ . മീ . ആഴത്തിലുള്ള പുമററ് ഹോൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം .
ബ്ലോക്കതിരിലും അതിരിലും ട്രൈജംഗ്ഷൻ പോയിൻറുകളിലും ആധുനിക സർവ്വ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് സർവ്വ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് സ്ഥാപിക്കേണ്ടിവരുന്ന കല്ലുകൾക്ക് ഇഷാൻറിൽ പറയുന്നമാതിരിയിലുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃതമായ അടയാള ങ്ങൾകൂടി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് .
40000 ടെണ്ടറുകാരനും 6-2 2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക 1 ๑๓.๐๐ മുൻപായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1 % -ൽ കുറയാത്ത തുക 16,200 രൂപ നിരത ദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടിവച്ച തിനുള്ള ' റസീതും ടെൻററിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പി ക്കണം , നിരതദ്രവ്യം ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ ട്രഷറി സേവിംഗ്‌സ് ബാങ്ക് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റായോ ഗവൺമെൻറ് പ്രോമിസറി നോട്ടായോ നൽകിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെൻററിനോടൊപ്പം 100 രൂപ മുപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നിശ്ചിത ഫോറമനുസരിച്ച് തയ്യാറാക്കിയ സാക്ഷ്യ പ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു കരാറുകൂടി ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരി ക്കണം . മേൽ വ്യവസ്‌ഥകളനുസരിച്ചുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യമോ കരാറോ കൂടാതെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെൻറുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കു ആവശ്യമെന്നുകാണുന്ന കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിന്റെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ആഫീസ് സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് അന്വേഷിച്ചാൽ അറിയാ വുന്നതാണ് .
