Tender should be superscribed with Tender number and date and addressed to the Principal , ITI . , Areacode , Malappuram District . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened atthe time and date given above in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the price of the form in favour of the Principal , Government ITI . , Arcacode which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who wish to get the tender forms by post should send an extra amount of Rs . 10by way of money order . Tender forms are not transferable .
Drafts , Cheques, Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms and the forms will not be send by V.PP. Duplicate tender forms will be issued on remittance of the prescribed cost .
Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) is required for executing the agreement along with the tender . Tender will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala on remittance of Rs . 60 (Rupees Sixty only) separately by money order . Rs. 10 is intended to cover postage and incidental expenses.
Along with tender an amount which is not less than one per cent of the tender value should be enclosed as security deposit . Security deposit should be in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, ITI , P.O. Areacode , Malappuram District .

ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തിൽ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള കരാർ മാതൃകയിൽ 50 ഒപ്പിട്ട് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിനുപുറത്തുള്ള ദഘാ സുകൾക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം ആവശ്യ മുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 60 രൂപ അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസുകൾക്കൊപ്പം കരാർ തുകയുടെ 1%- കുറയാത്ത തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അരീക്കോട് ഐ. ടി . ഐ . പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന (ഡാഫ്‌ററായി അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ( പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവക നിശ്ചിത തുക അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് വിലയായി അടച്ച തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല . Govt. I.T.I. ,
