Sealed competitive and superscribed tenders are invited from the competent suppliers/dealers for the supply of the following Glasswares to the Fertilizer Quality Control Laboratory, Parottukonam, Nalanchira P. O., Thiruvananthapuram.

The prices of the tender form shall be received only by cash or money order (postal charges extra). Tender should be submitted in the prescribed form along with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50.

നിശ്ചിതസമയം കഴിഞ്ഞു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ട സമയത്ത് ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിലായിരിക്കും ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നത്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില പണമായോ മണിയോർഡർ ആയോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. (ഫോറം അയയ്ക്കാ നുള്ള തപാൽ ചാർജ് പ്രത്യേകം അടയ്ക്കേതാണ്). നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾക്കൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ യുടെ കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തി ലുള്ള കരാർകൂടി സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

ദർഘാസിനേയോ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യേ സാധനങ്ങളേയോ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തിസമയത്ത് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചാൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ചട്ടങ്ങളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കു ന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of the dietary articles to the Directorate of Museums and Zoos, Thiruvananthapuram for the period from 1-4-2008 to 31-3-2009.

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Dietary articles to Thiruvananthapuram Zoo for the period 2008-09" and addressed to the Director of Museums and Zoos, Thiruvananthapuram and19 should be in the prescribed tender forms. The last date for receipt of the tender will be 15-2-2008 till 1 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 15-2-2008 at the office of the Director, Museums and Zoos, Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who choose to be present at that time. The tenders should be submitted with the following documents.

1. Earnest Money Deposit at the rate of 1% of the total cost of items quoted by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, Museums and Zoos, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. Solvency Certificate for 20% of the total quoted amount.

3. Valid licence obtained from the local bodies for the sale of beef/mutton/meat (for the supply of beef/ mutton/meat only).

കാഴ്ചബം¥ാവ്-മൃഗശാല വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 2008-09 വർഷത്തേക്ക് (2008 ഏപ്രിൽ 1 മുതൽ 2009 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ) തിരുവനന്തപുരം മൃഗശാലയിലേക്ക് ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ വിത രണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും സീലുവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 15-2-2008-നു പകൽ ഒരു മണിക്കു മുമ്പായി കാഴ്ചബം¥ാവ്-മൃഗശാല ഡയറക്ടറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരി ക്കേതാണ്. നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അന്നേദിവസം (15-2-2008)-ന് 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ "ദർഘാസ് 2008-09 വർഷം ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടിയതും നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിലും, മുദ്ര വച്ചതു മായിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളും സമർപ്പിക്കേതാണ്.

1. നിരക്കു കാണിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം.

4. മൃഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇറച്ചി വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃതമായ ലൈസൻസ് (ഇറച്ചിയുടെ നിരക്ക് ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുമാത്രം.)
