Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non -refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender form is only acceptable by money order or cash remittance to this office . As per condition the tenderer should sent along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper valuvalue of Rs . 50 and Earnest Monev, Deposit 1% of the total cost of articles tendered Tenders without agreement , tender form and Earnest Money Deposit will be rejected .

ദർഘാസ് വില ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -16 മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ എന്ന അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാ സുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഒറിജിനൽ (പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരത (ദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ആറുമാസം വരെ വില നിരക്കിന് പ്രാബല്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണം കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് .

SHORT TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE No. P1 /919 /2007/GEC .
9th January 2008 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the items mentioned in the schedule to Government Engineering College, Barton Hill , Thiruvanantha- puram.
and The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P1 /919 /2007 /GEC due on 5-2-2008 addressed to the undersigned to reach him on or before 5-2-2008 at 3p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 6-2-2008 at11 a.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who maybe present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Applications for the tender form should be accompanied by remittance of Rs . 400 + VAT 12.5 % 450 which is the price fixed for the same and which is non - refundable The tender forms under any circumstances . are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed on 5-2-2008 , 2 p.m. Cheques , Stamps , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at the rate of Rs. 200+ VAT Rs . 225 per copy .
As per the tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs . 50 and EMD 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected.
Those who want the tender form by post should send Rs . 50 by Money Order to the undersigned in addition to the cost of form . Outside firms who desire to get Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs . 60 along with the cost oftender form .

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി 1 / 919 /2007 /ജി . ഇ . സി . എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി 6004 ស្មាន ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 5-2-2008 -ാം തീയതി 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 6-2-2008-00 തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
