U/S 32(3) OF INDIAN PARTNERSHIP ACT 1032
It is hereby notified for the information of all
concerned authorities and the public that,
(3) And all continuing partners (including new partners) shall do and assume and agrees to pay all of the outstanding debts and obligations of the partnership business and to perfume all the covenants of the leases on the premises and to perform all of the outstanding contracts and agreement required to be performed by the partnership.

O., Edavoor-683 544, have been admitted into the Partnership Business under an Agreement dated 31st of December 2007, to carry on the business of manufacturing and sale of rice, Rice bran and its by products, under the name and style of M/s. Mavely Agro Mills at Building No. IX/ 173, D-Edakkunnu, Paduvapuram, Karukuty, Ernakulam-683 582, for 10th share and 45th share, respectively, of profit and loss with effect from 31st December 2007.
(2) And (a) Mr. Johnson Joseph s/o Mr. M. P. Joseph, Mavely House, Edakkunnu, Paduvapuram P. O., Ernakulam-683 582, (b) Mr. M. P. Joseph, s/o Mr. Pappu, Mavely House, Edakkunnu, Paduvapuram P. O., Ernakulam-683 582, and (c) Mr. Sunny Joseph s/o Mr. M. P. Joseph, Mavely House, Edakkunnu, Paduvapuram P. O., Ernakulam-683 582, party of the first, second and third part, respectively, of Partnership Business as per the Deed of Partnership constituted on 16th July 2002 and 31st December 2007, to carry on the business of manufacturing and sale of rice, Rice brand and its byproducts, under the name and style of M/s. Mavely Agro Mills at Building No. I X / 1 7 3 , D-Edakkunnu, Paduvapuram, Karukuty, Ernakulam-683 582, have been voluntarily retired from the said partnership business with effect from 1st of January 2008.
