NOTICE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 485 (1) of the Companies Act, 1956 that the members of Parabolic Software Systems Pvt. Ltd., Ooppoottil Buildings, K. K. Road, Kottayam-686 001, at their Extra ordinary General Meeting held on 27-12-2007 have resolved in terms of Section 484 (1) (b) of the Companies Act, 1956 to windup the company voluntarily and appointed Mr. Iype J o h n s/o Sri K. I. John, Kallarackal House, Baker Hill, Kottayam District, Pin-686 001 as a Liquidator of the Company.
