Notifications and Orders issued by the Government Labour and Rehabilitation Department Labour and Rehabilitation (A) ORDERS
(1)
G. O. (Rt.) No. 3428 /2007 /LBR . Thiruvananthapuram , 21st November 2007 . Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Managing Director, Divine Medical Centre Ltd. , Wadakkan- chery P.O. , Thrissur District and the workman of the above referred establishment Dr. George Abraham Chacko A. , Vally View, Santhi Nagar , Wadakkan- chery, Thrissur District in respect of mentioned in the annexure to this order ; matters And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Palakkad . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .
ANNEXURE
Whether the denial of employment to Dr. George Abraham Chacko , A. by the management of M/ s Divine Medical Centre Ltd. is justifiable ? If not , what relief he is entitled to get?

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between ( 1) Shri K. Vijaya- kumar, Srivignesh , T. C. 11/3521 , Museum Banes Compound, Nanthencode , Thiruvananthapuram (Old Proprietor) , (2) Shri C. Muralidharan Nair Proprietor, Saroja Cine House , Pazhakutty, Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram and the workman of the above referred establishment Shri Arun Kumar, Moozhiyil Veedu , Chekkakonam P. O. , Karakulam , Thiruvananthapuram in respect ofmatters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication :
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 (1 ) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kollam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months .

Whether the denial of employment of D. Arun Kumar, Assistant Operator byby theth manage- ment , Saroja Cine House is justifiable ? If not , what are the benefits he is entitled to ?

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between ( 1 ) The Chairman- cum-Managing Director, The Peringottukara Chit Limited, Yogakshemam Apartment, Kallingal Lanes, Thiruvampady, Thrissur - 680 022 , (2 ) The Manager , The Peringottukara Chits Ltd. , Aluva and the worker of the abov referred establishment Smt . Sudha Krishnadas , Idoop Palace, Thripunithura in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) , the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Court, Ernakulam. The Labour Court the award within a period of three months . Labour will pass
ANNEXURE
of 1. Whether the termination of Smt . Sudha Krishnadas by the Management Peringottukara Chits ( P) Limited isjustifiable ?
(2) If not , what relief she is entitled to ?
