The tender for pre- qualification and execution of the following work is invited from financially sound and well experienced Registered " A " Class Contractors /Firms of Kerala Public Works Department/ Irrigation who have successfully completedat least one similar work (R.O.B. ) costing more than 40 % (Forty percentage) of the estimate P.A.C. of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should supported by certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule willbe issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Necessary certi ficate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Tenders should be submitted so as reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed for each work as below by Registered Post/Speed Post . The receipt in form T. R. 5 towards the purchase of tender schedule should be enclosed along the tender documents . The common piers at Railway property boundry will be executedby the Railway authorities . Hence the successful bidder shall cordinate the work in consultation with Railway Authorities and State P₂W.D . officials. to

Bid from Contractors for Pre -qualification with tenders are invited for the following project on behalf of the Governor of Kerala .
Name of work Hill Highway in Wayanad District-Providing BM & AC between km. 0/0 to km . 19/500 of Mananthavady Kalpetta road.
P. A. C.-Rs. 754 lakhs .
Time of completion- 12 Months .
E. M. D. Rs . 50,000 should be endorsed in favour of Superintending Engineer . Cost of tender forms is Rs . 4,000 + VAT . The date of issue of tender documents from 13-2-2008 to 20-2-2008 upto 1 p . m. Last date of receipt of tender on 27-2-2008 upto 4 p . m. The technical bids will be opened at 4.30 p . m. on 27-2-2008. The contractor having 'A' Class registration in PWD/ Irrigation Department of Kerala State and who have completed at least one work of similar nature having a magnitude of 40 % of the estimate cost of above work within 5 years or he should be statisfactorily executing at present at least one work of similar nature and having completed billing not less than 40 % of the value of the work for which pre - qualification invited . The document in proof of this shall be produced along with the application for tender documents . The EMD and Preliminary agreement should be enclosed with the technical bid . All other conditions prevailing in PWD regarding pre - qualification bids and tenders and those laid down in G. O. ( P ) 84 /97/ PW&T dated 19-8-1997 will be applicable . Concession which are allowed Co- operative Societies as per rules in force will be applicable . All Photostate copies produced such as certificate and financial statement shouldbe clear copies of ailing which tender will be rejected . നിരതദ്രവ്യം 50,000 രൂപ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പേരിൽ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തി വയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില രൂപ 4,000 + പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ 13.2-2008-ാം തീയതി മുതൽ 20-2-2008 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക 1 മണിവരെ നൽകുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 27-2-2008 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ മുൻയോഗ്യതാ പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ അന്നേദിവസം 4.30 -ന് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

( പി . ) 84/97 പി.ഡബ്ലിയു . ആൻറ് ടി . യിൽ പറയുന്ന എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും കൂടാതെ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ കരാറുകാരുടെ മുൻ യോഗ്യതാനിർണ്ണയ ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഇതിനും ബാധക മായിരിക്കും . കേരള 00000 കൺസ്ട്രക്ഷൻ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ , ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്ററ് സൊസൈററികൾ എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് നിയമപ്രകാരമു ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . അപേക്ഷകർ അതാതു പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ നാൽപ്പത് ശതമാന ത്തിൽ കുറയാത്തതും സമാനസ്വഭാവമുളളതുമായ ഒരു (പ്രിയങ്കിലും ചെയ്തുതീർത്തിട്ടുളളവരും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അപേക്ഷകർ നിലവിൽ സമാന സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ഒരു പ്രവൃത്തിയെങ്കിലും തൃപതികരമായി നടത്തി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതും അതിൻറ 40 ശതമാനത്തോളം പൂർത്തീകരിച്ച് ബില്ലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ്/ജലസേചന വകുപ്പിൽ ৫০০০ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുമായ 'എ ' ക്ലാസ് കരാറുകാർ ഇതിനുള്ള രേഖകൾ ദർഘാസ പ്രമാണത്തിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കിയിരി കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകളുടെയും സാമ്പത്തിക മെൻറിൻറെയും കോപ്പികൾ വ്യക്ത‌മായിരിക്കണം . നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിലോ സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്ററ് മുഖാന്തിരമോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ (പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
