(MS ) No. 112 / 2007/ LBR which is hereby corrected as G.O. ( MS ) No. 122/2007/ CBR and the word ' Capital' under the Employers Representatives is orrected as " Capitol" ,

S. R. O. No. 192 /2008. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Kerala Anatomy Act , 1957 ( Act 17 of 1957) , the Government of Kerala hereby specify that sections 2 to 10 of the said Act shall come into force in the areas within the Taluk limits of Nedumangad , Thiruvananthapuram District with effect from the date of publication of this notification ,

S. R. O. No. 193/2008.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( e) of section 2 of the Kerala Anatomy Act , 1957 (Act 17 of 1957) , the Government of Kerala hereby declare that SUT , Academy of Medical Sciences , Vencode P. O. , Vattappara , Thiruvananthapuram District established by Dr. K. N. Pai Heart Foundation to be a teaching medical institution for the purposes of the said Act .

S. R. O. No. 194/2008 . -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Kerala Anatomy Act, 1957 (Act 17 of 1957) , the Government of Kerala hereby authorise the Sub - inspector of Police , Nedumangad to be an officer to whom a report shall be made under section 4 or 4A of the said Act and who shall be competent to act under the said section within his area of jurisdiction .

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notifications , but is intended to indicate its general purport .)
K. N. Pai Heart Foundation , Thiruvananthapuram District has been given permission to start a Medical College in the name and style of " SUT Academy of Medical Science" , at Vattappara , Thiruvananthapuram . The Government have decided to declare the said Medical College as a teaching medical institution under clause ( e) of section 2 of the Kerala Anatomy Act , 1957 and it has to be specified that sections 2 to 10 of the said Act shall come into force in the area, within the local limits of Nedumangad Taluk . The Sub inspector of Police , Nedumangad has to be authorised as the officer to whom a report shall be made under section 4 or 4A of the said Act .
The notifications are intended to achieve the above objects .
