Tender documents can be had from the office of on the undersigned from 6-2-2008 to 1 p.m. 12-2-2008 on payment of cost of tender documents by Moncy Order or in cash along with a request in writing. A pre bid meeting will be held on 13-2-2008 at 11 a.m. at this office.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. This work is to be completed within time schedule furnished above .

2. The prospective tenderers ( individual or firm) have to mobilize the required Machinery for the work by themselves .

3. The prospective tender should have completed at least one work of similar nature costing atleast 60% of the PAC of the work tendered during the last five years .
