പാലോട് ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് ട്രൈനോക്കുലർ മൈക്രോ‌സ്കോപ്പ് നൽകുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . മത്സരാധിഷ്ഠിത The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. X/2007-08- Supply of Trinocular Microscope" and should be addressed to The Chief Disease Investigation Officer , Palode , Pacha P. O. , Pin-695 562 , Thiruvananthapuram District , Kerala . Last date for the receipt of the tender is 15-2-2008 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . Thetenders will be opened at 4 p.m. on 15-2-2008 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
ദർഘാസുകൾ " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ ബി /X / 2007-08 പർച്ചേയ്സ് നോക്കുലർ സ്കോപ്പ " എന്ന് കവറിനു പുറത്ത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്ററിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ , പാലോട് , പച്ച പി . ഒ . , തിരുവനന്തപുരം കേരളം , പിൻ -695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ വേണം സമർപ്പി ക്കുവാൻ , ദഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 15-2-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിയാണ് . ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 15-2-2008 , 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് നൽകുന്നവരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടു ത്തിയവരുടെയോ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് . സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ Intending tenderers can apply to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer , Palode , Pacha P.O. , Pin - 695 562 , Thiruvananthapuram District for the prescribed tender form on which the tenders are to be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 ( Rupees four hunderd only) + VAT which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable . The tender forms are not transferable . Those who wish to get tender form by post may sent Rs . 500 (Rupees five hundred only ) by money order which include cost, Taxes , Postal charges etc. Sale of tender forms
നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്ററിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ , പാലോട് , പച്ച പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം പിൻ -695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണ് . നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട രൂപത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകളിൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളു . ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം രൂപ 400 ( നാനും രൂപ മാത്രം ) അതിൻറ 01200 (പ്രകാരമുളള നികുതിയും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് ' . ( പ്രസ്‌തുത തുക തിരി ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറാൻ പാമുളളതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നുള്ളവർ 500 രൂപ ( അഞ്ഞൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ദർഘാസ് വില, നികുതി , തപാൽ ചാർജ് ഇനങ്ങളിലായി മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 15-2-2008 രവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് അവസാനി പ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില ചെക്കായോ , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറായോ ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യ മുള്ളവർ രൂപ 200 + വാറം നികുതിയും അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്‌ധിച്ചുള്ള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ആഫീസ് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് . ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും
