The 32 spaekers are to be wall mounted in 32 rooms of the college comprising 3 floors in one block and also in the I.T. Complex , an independent block adjacent to the main block . The amount should include supply of the above items and installation in Class Rooms , Library, Principal's Room , Staff Rooms Laboratory etc.
The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for Public Address System 2007-08 " and addressed to the Principal , E.K.N.M. Government College , Elerithattu , Elerithattu P. O. , Kasaragod District , Pin-671 314. Last date of receipt of tender is 21-2-2008 , 2.30 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m . on 21-2-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised , representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , E.K.N.M. Government College, Elerithattu should obtain the requisite tentender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 156 which is the price fixedfixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who wish to get the tender forms by post may remit an additional amount of Rs . 50. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender mfors will be closed at 2 p . m. on 21-2-2008 . Cheques , Postage Stamps ete . will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required willbe issued atRs. 104 per copy.

ദർഘാസ് 4305-004 ന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് 2007-08 " എന്നെഴുതി (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഇ.കെ. എൻ . എം . തീയതി ഗവൺമെന്റ ചെയ്ത കവറിനുപുറത്ത് പബ്ളിക് അഡ്രസ്സ് സിസ്‌റ സ്ഥാപിക്കു കോളേജ് , എളേരിത്തട്ട് , എളേരിത്തട്ട് പി.ഒ. , കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ല , പിൻ -671 314 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട താണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന 21-2-2008 2 2.30 ๑๓. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 21-2-2008 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതമായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകത ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള കരാറുകാർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഇ.കെ.എൻ.എം. ഗവൺമെന്റ് കോളേജ് , എളേരിത്തട്ട് പി.ഒ , എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ 40003വില 156 രൂപ പണമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവർ 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിൽപ്പന 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരി 21 -ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , പോസ്റോജ് an, an an. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ സ്റാമ്പുക മുതലായവ 90.000സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോം" ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾക്ക് 104 രൂപ അധികമായി അദയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
