Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of equipments required for Mechanic Computer Hardware trade in Government 1.T.I. , Dhanuvacha - puram .

Original Rs . 400 + 12-5%VAT .
Duplicate-Rs . 200 + 12.5 % VAT .

ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . ദർഘാസ് ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്‌തകവറി നുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഐ.ടി.ഐ. , ധനുവച്ചപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അവസാന തീയതിക്കുമുമ്പ് ലഭിക്കത്തക്ക വിധം അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . അവസാന തീയതിക്ക് ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന മദ്ഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ (അൻപത രൂപ മാത്രം ) വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം .
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നു മാസം വില നിരക്കിന് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . അല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുളള കമ്പനി മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യമുളളപക്ഷം 74 ( എഴുപത്തിനാല് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡറായി അയച്ചു തന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്രതം തരുന്നതാണ് . 3ഘാസ് കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .

ഒറിജിനൽ രൂപ 400 + 12.5% വാറ് .
ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറാ-രൂപ 200 + 12.5% വാറ് .
