Scaled and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Real time Kinematic DGPS Receiver and Hypack Software by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala for the use of Hydrographic Survey Wing of Port Department .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form on application to the undersigned . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the cost of the tender form (D.D./Cheques not acceptable) . Sale of tender form willbe closed at 12 Noon on 23-2-2008 . The tender forms are not transferable. Those who want to get the tender form by post should also enclose a self addressed envelop bearing Postage stamp of Rs . 25 (Twenty five) well in advance.
Detailed specification is available with the office on all working days and along with the tender forms.
PAC-Rs . 30 lakhs . EMD- 1 % of quoted rate .
Cost of tender form : Original-Rs. 1,000+ VAT @ 4 % Duplicate-Rs. 500+VAT @ 4%
The tenderers should enclose a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and the required E.M.D. The tender without preliminary agreement and E.M.D. willbe rejected outright. The final acceptance of the tender rests entirely witų theGovernment who reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received without assigning any reason. All other conditions prevailing in Government Department are binding to this tender also.

The item should be guaranteed for one year from the date of installation . A security deposit of 5 % shall be retained with Government for one year and the entire maintenance shallbe attended by the tenderer free of cost during the above period .

Thesupplier shall give training to 5 persons in the operation. and maintenance the instinstruments and in software free of cost . They should also give technical support for the first installation of the equip- ment for a survey work . of

The tenders should be superscribed " Tender for the supply of Real-time Kinematic DGPS Receiver and Hypack Software" with the No. and must be addressed to the Chief Hydrographer , HydrographicH Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram-695 010 ,010 , so as to reach on or before 23-2-2008 before 1 p . m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3p.m. on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderers or their representa- tives who maybe present at that time.
ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ സ്‌ഥാപിച്ചതിനുശേഷം അവയ്ക്കു ഒരുവർഷ ഉതരവാദിത്വം നൽകേണ്ടതും വിലയുടെ 5% നിക്ഷേപമായി നൽകേണ്ടതും കാലഘട്ടത്തിലുണ്ടാകുന്ന സകല അററകുററപ്പണികളും സൗജന്യമായി ചെയ്‌തുതരേണ്ടതുമാണ് .
ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് മുപ്പതു ദിവസ ത്തിനകം ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫർ ക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുമാകുന്നു .
The tenderer should submit an Earnest Moncy Deposit along with the tender in the form of a crossed D. D. drawa in favour of the Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള ആദ്യ സർവ്വെയ്ക്ക ആവശ്യമായ സാങ്കേതിക സഹായവും ഈ ' വകുപ്പിലെ അഞ്ച് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് வை வெக்வெyam തിനാവശ്യമാ പരിശീലനവും സൗജന്യമായി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
കരാറുകാരൻ ഇതിനു മുൻപ് ഇതേ ഉപകരണം സർക്കാർ / അർദ്ധസർക്കാർ പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്‌ഥാപന ങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവയുടെ പൂർണ്ണ വിവരം ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാകുന്നു .
ദഘാസ് (പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ, مدالم (ഗ്രാഫർ , ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫിക് സർവ്വെ വിഭാഗം , തുറമുഖ വകുപ്പ് , ശാസ്തമംഗലം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 695 010 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ റിയൽ മാററിക് ഡി , ജി , പി . എസ് . റിസീവറും ഹൈപാക് സോഫ്ററ്വെയറും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള എന്ന് ഉപരിലേഖനം 23-2-2008 200 1 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്ക ത്തക്കവിധം ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് കരാറുകാരുടെയോ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്ന moam". ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള معاكم ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫറുടെ പേർക്കുളളതും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മാറ്റാവുന്നതുമായ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് (പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട ദർഘാസ് ( 0 ശാസ്തമംഗലത്തുള്ള ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 23-2-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണി വരെ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില പണ മായി അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് (ഡിഡി , ചെക്ക് ഇവ സ്വീകാര്യല്ലേ ) . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ സ്വന്തം മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയതും 25 രൂപ സ്ററാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ചതുമായ കവർ അപേക്ഷയോ ടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള മുപ്പത ത്തിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക കരാറും ആവശ്യമായ നിരത (ദ്രവ്യവും ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം , ഇവ ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്ന താണ് . ദർഘാസിന്റെ അംഗീകാരം സർക്കാർ തീരുമാന ങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കുന്നതും ഏതു ദർഘാസും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫർക്ക് പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഉളളതുമായി രിക്കും . ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധ‌ിച്ച് ഈ വകുപ്പിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ സിനും ബാധകമാണ് .
