In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub -rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules , 1956 , the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri Sunny Joseph, Advocate , Rose House, Near Police Station P. O. , Iritty, Pin-670 703, Kannur District as a Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 131-2008 in the rea comprising in the Revenue District ofKannur with Register No. 11 /97 / KNR .
