133 (2) A period of one month's time for re -checking of answer scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of publication of Ranked List . The candidates canavail only one chance after the publi- cation of Ranked List .
Candidates desiring to recheck the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply for rechecking within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.
"Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org/or photocopied therefrom . Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. "
The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for Rs . 50 under the Head of Account "0051 -PSC 105 State PSC 99- Examination Fee " addressed to the Deputy Secretary ( Examinations) , Kerala Public Service Commission , District Office , Idukki should reach the office within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List . Notes-1. Inclusion of register numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis . Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidates to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List .
2. The Short list is prepared based on the details furnishedby the candidates in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
The candidates who have secured 63 (Sixty three) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List . The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists .
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List who are required to produce Non -Creamy Layer Certificate as G. O. (P) No. 36/ 2000/ SC / STDD dated 27-5-2000 shall produce the same along with the other documents in original at the time of interview . Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the

[PART IB required Non -Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and willbe considered as Open Competition candidates . As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes , their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice , if they fail to produce Non -Creamy Layer Certificate . the The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course .
According to the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be re-checked only after the publication of Ranked List ifthe prescribed fee of Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee" . Applications for rechecking should be submitted within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry section of the Various Offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www. keralapse org or photocopied therefrom. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee shouldbe produced with the application for re-checking . Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered . Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the ranked list are advised to to refer to Notification No. ERIIA 3482 / 05/EW dated , 3-7-2006 for the register numbers of invali dated scripts and the reasons thereof. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Ranked List should submit the application for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List . answer
Valid applications for re-checking addressed to the Deputy Secretary , ( Examinations ) II , Office of theKerala Public Service Commission , Pattom Palace P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach on which this Office within 30 days from the date Ranked List is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Applications for re-checking received after the prescribed tim: limit ornot in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
