Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of various instruments and equipments for the use of District Veterinary Centre for the year 2007-08 . Details of articles to be supplied can be had from the tender form and Kerala Government Web site www.ahd , kerala. nic in . Tenders should reach the office of the undersigned on or before the date and time specified below.
Intending tenderers may send the exact amount towards the cost of tender form by money order for the supply of tender forms. Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders , demand drafts etc. will not be accepted as the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sentby V.P.P. Tender forms can also be obtained from the office of District Veterinary Centre on payment of cost in cash during the office hours . Tenderers should sabmit a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs . 50 along with the tender . Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances . Tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 1 /2007-08 for the supply of various instruments and equipments to District Veterinary Centre, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2007-08 .

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ വെറററിനറി കേന്ദ്രത്തിൻറ ഉപയോഗത്തിനായി 2007-08 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മത്സരാടി സ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു . വിതരണം ചെയ്യപ്പെടേണ്ട ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിശദ വിവരം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൽ നിന്നും കേരള സർക്കാർ വെബ് സൈററിൽ (www.ahd.kerala.nic.in ) നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിർദ‌ിഷ്‌ട ഫോറത്തിൽ അല്ലാതെ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ വിലയുളള കേരളാ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക കരാർകരാർ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താകുന്നു . തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ വെറ്ററിനറി കേന്ദ്രത്തിന് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള കരാർ എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

پوله ദർഘാസ് നൽകാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ദർഘാസ് നൽകേണ്ട പ്രത്യേകമായ ഫാറത്തിന് ഡയറക്ടർ , ഇൻസ്ററിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് അനിമൽ ഹെൽത്ത് ആൻറ് വൊററിനറി ബയോളജിക്കൽസ് , പാലോട് പി . ഒ . , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം , പിൻ -695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ രേഖരേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ട താകുന്നു . ഇങ്ങനെയുളള അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഫാറ വിലയായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുളള 400 രൂപ ( നാനൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) യും 12.5 % നികുതിയും ചേർത്ത് പണമടച്ചതിന്റെ രസീതുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ഈ തുക നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം . ദർഘാസ് കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല . ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 22-2-2008 പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് നിർത്തൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നുളളവർ ഫോറവിലയും നികുതിയും തപാൽ ചാർജ്‌ജും അടക്കം 500 രൂപ ( അഞ്ഞൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം ) മണിയോർഡറായി മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറവിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ , ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററുകൾ തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പുകൾ മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ ഫോാം . الهاللهالله . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതോ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ പ്രതി ഒന്നിന് രൂപ 200 ( ഇരുനൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) 12.5 % നികുതിയും അധികമായി നൽകേണ്ട താകുന്നു.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode , Pacha P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 562 for obtaining the prescribed tender form on which the tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompa- nied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 (Rupees( Ru four hundred only) and VAT 12.5 % which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 22-2-2008 . Those who have wish to get the tender form by post may send Rs . 500 (Rupees five hundred only ) by Money Order which includes cost, taxes , postal charges etc. Cheques , Postal Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent as V. P. P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued at Rs . 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) and VAT 12.5 % extra per copy .
