Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Public Address System, LCD Projector , Laptop , Water purified cooler and storage facility (steel almirahs ) under UGC Plan Fund (2007-08 ) for an amount of Rs . 1,80,336 ( Rupees One lakh eighty thousand three hundred and thirtysix only ) to Government College, Kottayam .
The tenders should be superscribed "The tender for the supply of Public Address System, LCD projector , Laptop , Water purified cooler and storage facility (steel almirahs ) " and addressed to the Principal , Government College , Nattakom P.O. , Kottayam-686 013. Last date tor the receipt of tender is 2.30 p . m . on 29-2-2008 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 29-2-2008 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .

ദർഘാസുകൾക്ക് പുറത്ത് 2007-08 വർഷത്തേക്ക് യു . ജി . സി . പ്ലാൻ ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഓഫീസ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ (പബ്ലിക്ക് അഡ്രസ് സിസ്ററം . ലാപ്ടോപ്പ് , എൽ . സി . ഡി . പ്രൊജക്‌ടർ , വാട്ടർ പ്യൂരിഫയർ ആൻറ് കൂളർ , സ്ററീൽ അലമാര) വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കോട്ടയം , പിൻ -682 013 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ട താണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കാനുള്ള അവസാന തീയതി 29-2-2008 പകൽ 2.30 മണിവരെയാകുന്നു . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരോ ഹാജരുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . അംഗീകൃത അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government College , Nattakom P. O. , Kottayam obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 ( including tax) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Tender forms canbe obtained by post, sending Rs . 500 by money order in favour of the Principal , Government College, Nattakom P. O. , Kottayam- 685 013. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 29-2-2008 . Cheques or VPP and Demand Drafts will not be acceptable in this regard . The tender forms are not transferable . The rate quoted should be valid upto 31-3-2008 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered should be deposited towards EMD by D.D. on the local branch of SBT / SBI drawn in favour of the undersigned and it should be submitted along with the tender .
ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കോട്ടയം- 686013 വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷ യോ ടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായ 450 രൂപ ( നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) അടച്ച രസീതും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട താണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ഒരു വശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 29-2-2008 - ന് പകൽ കാരണ 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

2007-08 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കോട്ടയം ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് യു . ജി . സി . പ്ലാൻ ഫണ്ടുപയോഗിച്ച് 1,80,336 രൂപ വില വരുന്ന ഓഫീസ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ (പബ്ലിക്ക് അഡ്രസ് സിസ്ററം , എൽ.സി.ഡി. പ്രൊജക്‌ടർ , ആൻറ് കൂളർ , ലാപ്ടോപ്പ് , വാട്ടർ സ്ററീൽ അലമാര) ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ കൊളളുന്നു . പ്യൂരിഫയർ വിതരണം ക്ഷണിച്ചു

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Goods under P.D. Account for Rs . 35,000 for the year 2007-08 . Tenders should be superscribed tender for the supply of sports goods for 2007-08 and addressed to " The Principal , Government College, Madappally , Vadakara - 2 " . Last date for the receipt of tender is at 3 p.m. on 25-2-2008 . The tenders will be opened at 4 p . m. on 25-2-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may submit an application to the Principal , Government College , Madappally , Vadakara- 2 to obtain requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms shouldbe accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 165 ( including S.T. ) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable at any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p.m. on 25-2-2008 . Cheques , Drafts , Postal Order Postage Stamps will not be accepted. Tender forms will not be forwarded by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued @ Rs . 110 ( including ST) per copy .
CONDITIONS
1. The tenders should be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the College Office on payment of Rs . 165 either in person or by sending M.O. Cheques , Drafts , Postal Orders, Postal Stamps will notbe accepted . The cost of duplicate tender form is Rs . 110 .
2. Every tenderer who has not registered with the State Government Store Purchase Department should also remit @ 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered for as EMD . The EMD can be paid by way of TDR, DD , etc.
3. The articles should be supplied within the time limit specified.
4. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties .
5. The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper wortin Rs. 50 and deposit 5 % of the value of the contract as security deposit .
6. The undersigned has the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason .

2007-08 വർഷത്തേക്ക് മടപ്പളളി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിൽ 35,000 രൂപയുടെ സ്പോർട്ട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ لهاله അക്കൗണ്ട് ഫണ്ടിൽ നിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ദർഘാസിന് പുറത്ത് 2007-08 വർഷത്തിൽ സ്പോർട്ട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ദർഘാസ് എന്ന് എഴുതി " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , മടപ്പളളി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , വടകര -2 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 25-2-2008 , 3 മണിവരെയാണ് . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . അന്നേദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധിയുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
താൽപ്പര്യമുളള കരാറുകാർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനുളള അപേക്ഷ മടപ്പളളി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ പ്രിൻസിപ്പലിന് 165 രൂപ മണിയോർഡർ സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ കിട്ടുന്നതാണ് . ഈ സംഖ്യ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . വിൽപ്പന 25-2-2008 - ന് 2.30 വരെ നടത്തുന്നതാണ് . ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , 0030دة എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 110 രൂപയാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം $20000 സ്ററാമ്പ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ്
നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. ദർഘാസ് 165 രൂപ അടച്ച് കിട്ടുന്നതായ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില 110 രൂപയാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
2. ഓരോ കരാറുകാരനും സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ സ്‌റേറാർ പർച്ചേയ സ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്തി ട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കണം .
3. ക്വാട്ടു ചെയ്‌ത വില എല്ലാ ഡ്യൂട്ടിയും നികുതിയും ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കും .
4. കരാർ ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്ട കരാർ ഒപ്പിടേണ്ടതും കരാർ തുകയുടെ 5% സെക്യൂരിററി ഡെപ്പോസിററായി നൽകേണ്ടതുമാണ് .
5. ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ നിർദേശിക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .
6. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കാനും നിരാകരിക്കാനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പലിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
