വണ്ടാനം മെഡിക്കൽ ആലപ്പുഴ കോളേജ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ 1-4-2008 മുതൽ 30-9-2008 വരെയുളള ആറുമാസ കാലയളവിൽ ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന വിധം ഗുണമേൻമയുള്ള (ബ്രഡ് ( വെളള ) - 400 ഗ്രാം പാക്കാറ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ടെണ്ടറിൻ്റെ ഉദ്ദേശമൂല്യം 5,00,000 ( അഞ്ച് ലക്ഷം മാത്രം ) രൂപയാണ് .
ടെണ്ടർഫോം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വിലയായ 400 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും 26-2-2008 പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് ടെണ്ടർ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 28-2-2008 പകൽ 2 മണിവരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3.30 - ന് ടെണ്ടർ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടർ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . പകൽ
ടെണ്ടർ നിബന്ധന പ്രകാരം കരാറു കാരൻ ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം ഈ സ്ഥ‌ാപനത്തിൻറ പരിധിയിലുളള ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കരാറുകാരൻറെ പേരിൽ ആഹാര സാധനങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുവാൻവേണ്ട പി.എഫ് .എ. നിയമപ്രകാരം നൽകിയ ലൈസൻസ് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട താണ് .
ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം ടെണ്ടർ തുകയുടെ 1 % വരുന്ന തുക (നിരതദ്രവ്യം ) ബാങ്ക് (ഡാഫ്ററായും , സ്റേറാർ പർച്ചേയ്സ് അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന (പ്രകാരമുളള താൽക്കാലിക കരാർ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . സർക്കാർ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ആഹാര സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിന് നിലവിലുളള നിയമങ്ങളും കരാറുകാരൻ പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ആഹാരസാധനം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ ടെണ്ടർ തുകയുടെ 5 % വരുന്ന തുക സെക്യൂരിററി ഡെപ്പോസിററായി നൽകേണ്ടതും അതിനോടൊപ്പം വിതരണം സുഗമമായി നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള കരാർ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതുമാണ് .

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of General Surgery Instruments to Medical College , Kottayam .
Tender forms can be had from this office on payment of Rs . 450 in cash or by Money Order till 27-2-2008 . No other modes of remittance will be entertained . Those who required tender forms by post, a sum of Rs . 40 will be added towards postage charges . Money orders should reach this office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of tender sales . Cost of tender forms will not refunded. be The duly signed tenders superscribed on the envelope as "Tender No. C5/17698/2007 /MCK for the Purchase of General Surgery Instruments" addressed to "The Principal , Medical College, Kottayam- 8" should reach this office on or before 28-2-2008 , 4 p.m. Tenders received late will not be entertained. The duly received tenders will be opened at 3 p. m . on 29-2-2008 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time .

135 കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലേക്ക് ജനറൽ സർജറി ഇൻസ്ട്രമെൻറ്സ് വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി മുദ്ര വച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.
കോട്ടയം -8 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 28-2-2008 , അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട 4 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പേ ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം താണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ അപൂർണ്ണമായതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കു ന്നതല്ല . യഥാസമയം ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ 29-2-2008 , 3 മണിക്ക് നിശചിത സമയത്ത് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

Sealed competitive tenders in the prescribed form are invited for the supply of Extra Corporeal Shock wave Lithotripsy for the Department of Urology, Medical College , Kozhikode . Estimated cost is Rs . 85 lakhs . Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode directly on payment ofRs . 2,080 and by registered post on payment of Rs . 2,120 by money order . Tenders should be superscribed the Tender No. and addressed to the Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode - 673 008. The last date for receipt of tenders is 11 a . m . on 25-2-2008 . Tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 25-2-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Belated tenders will not be accepted .
Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms by post will be closed on 20-2-2008 at 3 p . m . Neither Cheques , Drafts , Postage Stamps etc. , will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate copy of tender form can be had on payment of Rs . 1,040 .
The tender should be sent along with an agreement executed in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) and B. M. D. @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for . Rate should be quoted against Indian Rupee payment only . The tender without the required agreement and Earnest Money Deposit and tenders not quoted against Indian Rupee payment are liable to be rejected . Specimen copy of the agreement is annexed to the prescribed tender form .
