Sealed tenders are invited for the Annual Maintenance Contract for one year of the following items from authorized dealers/ manufacturers .

Intending tenderers may give application to the Director, Ground Water Department , Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamakku , Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala State, Pin-695 003 to obtain the requisite tender forms . Application for the tender forms shouldbe accom- panied by a cash remittance/Money Order in favour of the Director , Ground Water Department , Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram-695 003 at the price fixed for a tender form/ set of forms and not refundable under any circumstances . Cheques, Drafts or Postal orders will notbe accepted towards the cost of tender forms . No tender form willbe sent by V. P. P.Duplicate tender form, if required, will be issued on payment . An earnest moncy deposit of 1% of the total value , has to be submitted along with thetender offer .

An agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) should be submitted with each tender form. Stamp paper will be supplied outside Kerala with tender form payment of Rs . 75 ( Rs . 50 for stamp paper and Rs. 25 for postal and incidental charges) which may be nitted by Monty Order along witwith cost of tender forms. on The tender should be superscribed with tender No. and Name of the item each in separateeach in separate sealed cover addressed to the Director , Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan , Ambalamukku , Kowdiar P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders willbe opened on 3-3-2008 at 3 p . m. , in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who maybe presentat that time . Sale of tender forms will start with effect from 14-2-2008 at 11 a. m. and willbe closed at 1p.m. on 3-3-2008 . The All Government rules prevailing will be applicable to the tender . Due to any reason if the tender opening day is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day . The Director is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons thereof.

ദർഘാസിൻറ (ദ്രവ്യമായി ടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1 % കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കാനുള് അധികാരം ഡയറക്‌ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമാണ് . ദദ്ഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധി ദിവസമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കു ന്നതായിരിക്കും .

The tenders should be superscribed with tender number and name of work each in sealed cover and addressed to the District Officer , Ground Water Department , Pazhaveedu P.O. , Alappuzha- 9 , Kerala State. Late tenders will not be accepted . Teader forms will not be send by VPP . The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender forms will refunded . Sale of tender form will be closed at I p . m. on 1-3-2008. The tenders duly filled should reach the undersigned on or before 1-3-2008, 3 p . m . and it willbe opened on the same day at 4 p . m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised agents . not be The tenderers should be executing a preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 with each tender. The District Ciheer is empowered to cancel or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof. All the conditions applicable to the Governmenttender will be applicable to this tender also

കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ 50 രൂപ (അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിപ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാ സിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തു നിന്നുള്ള സ്‌ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കും വ്യക്‌തികൾക്കും മുദ്ര പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ പത്രവിലയും തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 100 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായോ പണമായോ ദർഘാസ് വിലയോടൊപ്പമോ അടയ്ക്കുകയാന്നെങ്കിൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 2.5% ജില്ലാ ആഫീസർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , ആലപ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ആലപ്പുഴയിൽ മാറാവുന്നവിധംഡം ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്റായി(ഡ്രാഫ്‌റായി ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം നൽകേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധിയാകുന്നപക്ഷം തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ഉത്തരവ് നൽകിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അന്നുമുതൽ മാസത്തിനകം പ്രസ്തുത നിർമ്മാണ ജോലി പൂർത്തിയാ ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

ദർഘാസുകൾ റദ്ദുചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്ന തിനോ ഉളള അവകാശം ജില്ലാ ആഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത‌ത കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഒർ ഘം സുകള സംബന്‌ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്‌ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ് .
