Sealed Competitive tenders are invited for the supply ofAudio System to Government College Attingal for the year 2007-08 under the Plan Scheme for Rs. 40,000 (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) .
29-2-2008 ഫോമുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 12 മണിവരെ ആയിരിക്കും . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില രൂപ 156 ആണ് ( ടാക്‌സുൾപ്പെടെ) , തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർ രൂപ 156 മണിയോർഡറായി മതിയായ സ്റാമ്പൊട്ടിച്ച് 30x13 സെ . മീ . വലിപ്പത്തിലുള്ള കവർ സഹിതം പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , ആററിങ്ങൽ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോട് ടെണ്ടർ 63.000 . ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ രൂപ 101 നിരക്കിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡി , ഡി . സ്‌ററാമ്പ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ശതമാനം ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്ര ത്തിൽ കരാറും ആകെ വിലയുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ( പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഡി.ഡി. എടുത്തത് ) ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .
The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply ofAudio System for the year 2007-08 " and should be addressed to the Principal , Government College, Attingal , The last date of receipt of tenders by the Principal is on or before 29-2-2008, 1 p . m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 2 p . m . on 29-2-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who maybe present at that time .

Intending tenderers can have tender forms on demand from the Principal , Government College , Attingal upto 2 p.m. on all working days on payment of Rs . 156 ( including VAT ) . Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued on pay- ment of Rs . 104 ( including VAT) , per copy . The tender forms are not transferable . Those who are intending to obtain the tender forms by post should submit their request with a self addressed and large envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs . 27 Money Order alone will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Sale of tender foms will be closed at 12 Noon on 29-2-2008.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of following Sports Goods to GPM Government College . under the "Annual Plan 2007-08 Maintenance of play-ground and improvement of sports facilities", for an amount ofRs . 50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) sanctioned by the Director of Collegiate Education, Thiruvananthapuram .

എന്ന പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ വിലാസത്തിലയ‌ക്കേണ്ട ദർഘാസുകളടങ്ങിയ ആഡിയോ സിസ്ററം കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ആററിങ്ങൽ ഗവൺമെൻറ്കോളേജിൽ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് 2007-08 " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 29-2-2008 , 1 മണി വരെ ആയിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെയേ അവർ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുളള പ്രതിനിധികളുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 29-2-2008 , 2 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

Intending tenderers should be deposited an amount of 1% of the total cost as EMD by D. D. in favour of Principal , G. P. M. Government College , Manjeshwar together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 59. The rate quoted and S. T. should not be changed till 31-3-2008 . The undersigned have the right to reject any tender if necessary without assigning any reason . The articles supplied should be tested by competent authority.
