Validity period 3 months from the date of opening the tenders otherwise will be rejected. Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 ( Rupees Fifty only) , otherwise thetenders will not be considered . Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala if required by remitting Rs. 75 (Rupees Seventy five only) separately by money order (Rs. 25 is intendedto cover postage and incidental expenses ) . Tender forms are not transferable.
