The tenders will be opened at the fixed time on the due date noted above in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time. Intending tenderers may obtain tender forms from the undersigned during office hours on payment as noted above which is the price fixed for the forms . Cheques , Drafts , Stamps etc. will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Duplicate tender forms , if required , willbe issued on an additional payment as noted above . The tender form is not transferable and cost is not be refundable .
