ടി 3-ാം ഹർജിക്കാരി എെശ്വര്യ (മൈനർക്ക്) അവകാശപ്പെട്ട ഹർജിപ്പട്ടികയിലെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം താലൂക്കിൽ തിരുവല്ലം വില്ലേജിൽ റീസർവ്വെ 198/2-ൽ കൊ≠ 27.28 ആർ. വസ്തുവിലെ 1/3 അവകാശം പേരിൽ ഉള്ള വസ്തു വിൽക്കുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി ടി കോടതിയിൽ ഹർജി ബോധിപ്പി ച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ടി ഹർജി 25-3-2008-ൽ വിചാരണ വച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും, ടി ഹർജിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും തർക്കം ഉള്ളപക്ഷം അന്നേദിവസം രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ടി കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചുകൊള്ളേ≠തും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ആർക്കും തർക്കം ഇല്ല എന്നുക≠് മേൽ നമ്പർ കേസ് തീർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നുള്ള വിവരം ഇതിനാൽ സകലമാനപേരേയും തെര്യപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.

The above named petitioners have applied for the grant of Succession Certificate to the effect that they are the legal heirs of late Sri P. K . Gopinathan Nair, Athrasseril House, Muvattupuzha Village, Muvattupuzha and is entitled to withdraw amount of Rs. 86,778 with interest which was deposited with fixed deposit No. PTSB 713 of Sub Treasury Muvattupuzha and Rs. 11,603 with interest which is having S.B. A/c No. TSB 779 of Sub Treasury, Muvattupuzha.
It is hereby informed that those who have any objection in this matter may appear before this court on 4-4-2008 at 11 a.m. in person or through pleader or in default, the Succession Certificate will be issued in favour of the petitioners.
