NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 485 (1) of
the Companies Act, 1956 that the members of Jaya
Theatres Private Limited, Regd. Office, T. C. 18/141,
Valiyaveetil House, Kizhakkumpattukara, Thrissur-680
005, Kerala State at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting
held on 1st December, 2007 have resolved in terms of
Section 484 (1) (b) of the Companies Act, 1956 to
winding-up the Company voluntarily and appointed Mrs.
Flower Johnson, residing at Chalissery House, P. O.
Nettissery, Thrissur-680 651, Kerala State, as a liquidator
of the Company.
