The following is the Short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates whoho are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of higher Secondary School Teacher (History) on Rs . 6675-10550 in the Kerala Higher Secondary Education Department (Category No. 186/05 Gazette dated 14-11-2005 ) on the basis Objective Type Test ( OMR Valuation) held on 10-8-2006 .
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate their respective rank position on the basis of the Objective Type Test.

Qualification , Date of Birth , community and other benefits , if any to which they are entitled , to the under Secretary , Govt . Wing Recruitment II . Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace , P. O Thiruvanantha- puram, 695 004 within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification . TheRegister numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short list without further notice .

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List , who are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 36 /2000 /SC/ ST/DD. dated 27-5-2000 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above or as and when called for . Main list who Such candidates in the fail to produce the required Non -Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates . As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes their Register Numbers will be deleted from the short list without further notice , if they fail to produce the Non - Creamy Layer Certificate .

According to the existing procedure , re -valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List if the prescribed fee of Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) isisremitted in any onany one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051- PSC - 105 State PSC -99 Examination Fee " . Applications for re - checking should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc . org or phrotocopied therefrom . The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for re- checking. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Ranked List should submit the application of rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List.
