It is hereby notified that any person whomsoever be in possession of the said certificates or the remnants of the same may surrender the same and any persons having objections in issuing the said Duplicate Certificate/ Mark Lists may report the same to the Secretary , Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Examinations , Housing Board Building, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram- 1 within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification.

സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ 1999 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ ഇലട്രിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ഡിപ്ലോമ പരീക്ഷയിൽ കളമശ്ശേരി ഗവൺമെൻറ പോളിടെക്നിക്കലിൽ നിന്നും 7641 രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പർ പാസ് സായ ശ്രീമാൻ അഭിലാഷ് എം . ബാലകൃഷ്‌ണൻ എന്ന ആൾക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിപ്ലോമ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെ ട്ടു പോയി രി ക്കു ന്നു. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കാറ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ സാ ങ്കേതി ക തിരുവനന്തപുരം -40 എന്ന തരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു . പരീക്ഷാ വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചു സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ 1997 ഡിസംബർ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ കെ.ജി.സി.ഇ. സിവിൽ പരീക്ഷയിൽ വട്ടിയൂർക്കാവ് സെൻട്രൽ പോളിടെക്നിക്കിൽ നിന്നും 44651 രജിസ്‌റാർ നമ്പർ (പ്രകാരം പാസായ ശ്രീമാൻ സന്തോഷ്‌കുമാർ , ജി,എസ് . എന്ന ആൾക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിപ്ലോമ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു പോയിരിക്കുന്നു. സർട്ടിഫിക്കാറ് കാട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം - 40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചു തരുവാൻ താല്‌പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു . ആർക്കെങ്കിലും
പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതിയുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യത്തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം ണ്ടതാണ് .
സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ വിഭാഗം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , (2 ) സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർക്കുവേണ്ടി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യത്തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേണ്ട ຫວ " .
