following work from reputed contractors /firms , For supply of Installation and Commissioning of Laboratories of Animal Husbandry Department Kerala as per GMPI GLP standards at Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode- (Viral vaccine production section, fermentor section and P - 3 laboratory in standar- dization section) and Chief Discase Investigation Office (P-3 laboratory) .

Name of work- For supply , installation and commissioning of laboratories of Animal Husbandry Department Kerala as per GMPI GLP standard at Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode- (Viral vaccine production section, fermentor section and P - 3 labora- tory in standardization section ) and Chief Disease Investigation Office (P - 3 laboratory)
(a) Form of Contract- Lumpsum
Two cover systems will be adopted . The first cover ( cover A) shall contain the Technical Bid and the EMD . The second cover (cover B) shall contain the price Bid . Both Technical as well as price Bid shall be filled in with relevant details and duly signed and placed in separate covers , sealed and superscribed clearly as cover A- Technical Bid' ( IAH & VB ) , Pacha P. O. , Palode Thiruvananthapuram - 695 562 and cover B - Price Bid' ( IAH & VB) , Pacha P. O. , Palode, Thiruvananthapuram -695 562 .
(b) Nature of Contract- Supply , Installation , Testing, Commissioning and Execution for GMP /GLP certification

Both Technical bid as well as price bid shouldbe placed in a common cover , sealed and superscribed as Bid for supply, installation and commissioning of laboratories of Animal Hasbandry Department , Kerala as per GMP /GLP standards at Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals Palode- (Viral Vaccine Production Section , fermentor section and P3 laboratory in standardization section ) and Chief Disease Investigation Office ( P3 laboratory) .

The bid shall either be dropped in the Retender box available in the Office of the Director, Depart- ment of Animal Hasbandry , Thiruvananthapuram or send by registered mail to Director , Department of Animal Hasbandry , Vikas Bhavan , Thiruvanantha- puram - 695 033 .
Completion Period-365 days from date of award of contract.
(a) Security Deposit -Rs . 1,00,000 . ( Ruppees One lakh only)
The undersigned under no circumstances shallbe responsible for the delay or loss of documents in transit.
The biddocuments are not transferable for any reasons thereof.
(b) Performance guarantee- 10 % of the probable amount of contract as bank guarantee
Validity ofbid- 180 days from the date of open- ing of cover A (Technical Bid) .
The first cover containing the Technical bid will be opened on the date and time stipulated above.
The cover containing the price bid of the contrac- tors /firms whose credentials are decided as having satisfied the qualification / eligibility criteria will alone be opened on the date and time as specified elsewhere .
Qualification Criteria The Bidder either indivi- dually or as joint venture should have completed and commissioned the following works for any of the Central State Government Departments , Quasi Government Organizations , Government undertakings , Private Organizations.
The Director reserves the right to reject any or all the bids receivd without assigning any reasons thereof.
