The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. 1/2008 and addressed to the Commandant General , Home Guards , Civil Defence and Fire and Rescue Services Headquarters , Housing Board Junction , Pulimoodu P. O. Thiruvananthapuram. 695001. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11 a . m. on 15-3-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be presentat that time.
The tenderers should be superscribed as Tender No.3/2007 and addressed to the Commandant General , Home Guards, Civil Defence and Fire and Rescue Services , Head Quarters Housing Board Junction, Thiruvananthapuram- 695 001. Late tenders willnot be accepted . The tenders will be opended at 11 hours on 25-3-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Commandant General obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance /Money Order of Rs . 400+4% VAT (Round to next rupee) per copy, which is the price fixed by Government and is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 12-3-2008 . Neither Cheques, Bank Drafts, Postal Order, Postage Stamp etc. will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the tender forms be send per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be supplied @ Rs ., 200+4% VAT per copy. The tenderers are to be read the genera conditions given in the tender forms carefully beforel the forms are filled up .
