The tender should be superscribed with tender number and name of the items each in Separate sealed cover, addressed to the Director , Ground Water Depart- ment, Jalavijnana Bhavan , Ambalamukku , Kowdiar P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala State , Pin- 695003. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 12-3-2008 at 3 p.m. in the presence ofthe tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will startwith effect from 25-2-2008, 11 a . m. and will be closed at 12 Noon on 12-3-2008 . The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 2 p. m. on 12-3-2008.
Intending tenderers may give application to The Director, Ground Water Department , Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003 to obtain the requisite tender forms. Application for the tender forms shouldbe accompanied by a Cash remittance/Money Order in favour of The Director , Ground Water Department, Ambalamukku , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 003 at the price fixed for a tender form/set of forms and it is not refundable under any circum- stances . Cheques , Drafts or Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . No tender form will be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender form, if required will be issued on payment. An Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total value has to be submitted along with the tender offer.
An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) should be submitted with each tender form . Stamp Paper willbe supplied outside Kerala with teader form on payment of

All Government rules prevailing will be appli- cable to the tender. Due to any reason if the tender opening day is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day . The Director, is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons thereof.

സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ0° ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഡയറക്ടർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , ജലവിജ്ഞാനവൻ , അമ്പലമുക്ക് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -3 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് 2000030 കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ 20006080 ഓരോ വകകൾക്കും പ്രത്യേക ദർഘാസ് (പ്രത്യേകം കവറുകളിൽ കവറിലും ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഏത് വകകൾക്കുളള താണെന്നും വകുപ്പ് , രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ജലവിജ്ഞാനഭവൻ , ഡയാക‌ടർ , ഭൂജല അമ്പലമുക്ക് , കവടിയാർ പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -695 003 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 12-3-2008 -ന് ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിക്കു മുമ്പായി എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതല്ല . മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 12-3-2008 വൈകിട്ട് 3 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നി മധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
