The tender form should be superscribedbed with tender number and date and addressed to the Principal , ITI , Malampuzha , Palakkad District -678 651. Late tenders will not be accepted . One percentage of the total cost should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit. Tenders in original should be accompanied by preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) . Tender forms are not transferrable . The rate quoted shall be inclusive of service charge and no separate service tax will be borne by this institute . The rate should be valid at least for a period of 3 months from the date of opening of tender .

Total 49575 The items to be supplied to the Principal , ITI , Koyilandy , P. O. Kuruvangad , Kozhikode District . within one month after receiving the valid tender . The total cost of the items is Rs . 49575. One per cent of total estimate amount may be deposited as Earnest Money against the Principal , ITI , Koyilandy. After receiving the valid tender the supplier should produce an agreement in the stamp paper worth Rs . 50 and deposit 5% of the cost as security deposit .
The tender forms are available on all working days from the office of the Principal , ITI , Koyilandy @Rs . 150+ VAT up to 10-3-2008 . The tenders are received up to 11-3-2008 at 4 p . m . The earnest money willbe paid to the Principal by DD or cash cheque . The tenders received should be only in sealed covers.
The tender will be opened on 11-3-2008 at 5 p.m. before the present tenderers or their represen- tatives who submit the tenders . The Principal has empowered to receive or reject the tenders .
