Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following Stationery items ( Computer Consumables) as per Running Contract Basis for a period of six months from the date of the final acceptance of tho tender as specified as and when required for the year 2007-08.

1000 The cover containing the tenders shall have appropriate superscription with the tender number and name of item ( separate cover for each tender ) and should be addressed to the 'Controller of Stationery , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 033' . The tenders will be received only up to 15.00 hrs . on 15-3-2008 andand the tenders will be opened at 16.00 hrs on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time of opening of the tenders . Late tenders will not be accepted.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery , Kerala , Thiruvanantha - puram-695 033 obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are to should be submitted. Application for each tender form should be accompanied by Cash remittance of a price fixed for a form /set offorms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 24.00 hours before the time fixed for the opening of the tenders . Cheques, Postage stamps, D.D etc, will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and the tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued as per price fixed. No firms will be exempted from the payment of EMD and Security Deposits vide GO (P) No. 448/2005/ Fin. dated 13-10-2005 .

നമ്പരും ഇനവും വ്യക്തമായി എഴുതണം . സ്‌റേഷനറി മേൽവിലാസത്തിലാണ ദർഘാസ് കവറിൻറെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് കൺട്രോളർ തിരുവനന്തപുരം -695 033 എന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 15-3-2008 15.00 മണി ദിവസം 16.00 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ മാത്രം ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ സ്‌റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിൻറ തലേ ദിവസം 16.00 മണി വരെ ലഭ്യമാണ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിനുവേണ്ടി സ്‌റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡറായോ (സ്‌റേറഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ മാത്രം ) അടച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും . ചെക്ക് , ഡി.ഡി ,, പോസ്റോജ് സ്ററാമ്പ" എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് വി.പി.പി. ആയി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഏത് ദർഘാസിനും ഇനത്തിനും വണ്ടിയുള്ള ഫോറത്തിൻറ പകർപ്പ് വേണ്ടതെന്നു ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . അപേക്ഷയിൽ വ്യക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസ് മുളളവർ അതിന്റെ വിലകൂടി ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം ആഫീസിന് അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനും സ്‌ഥലത്തിനും മാററം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ตารา എല്ലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും ഇ.എം.ഡി. എസ്.ഡി. നൽകേക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
