Cost of the tender form is Rs . 440 and Rs . 220 by cash for original and duplicate respectively (Rs . 480 and Rs.250 by post) . Belated tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Cheques, Drafts , Postal Orders are not acceptable . Further details can be had from the office.
stores required in a Equipments to the Electrical Measurement Lab of Electrical and Electroincs Department of Govt. Engineering College , Idukki . The envelope containing the tenders superscribed with the aumber , name of tender and due date for the tender must be addressed to the Principal , Government Engineering College , Painavu , Idukki.

The tender forms which are not accompanied by the agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and an Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total cost of the items offered willbe rejected. Outside firms , who desire to be supplied with Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs . 50 along with the cost of tender form . The teader forms can be obtained from the undersigned upto 3 p.m. on 15-3-2008 , by Cash and by Money Order upto 3p . m . on 10-3-200g.

ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 17-3-2008 , 3 മണി .
അപൂർണ്ണവും വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്നതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല സുകൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന അധികാരപ്പെടുത്ത യിരിക്കുന്ന L ളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്‌ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സർക്കാരിൻ മുപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പിട്ട് ഉടമ്പടിയും കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് വിലഡ്ക പുറമെ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത 50 രൂപ കൂടി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . 15-3-2008 3 2 നേരിട്ടും 10-3-2008 പകൽ 3 മണി വരെ മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ചാൽ തപാൽ വഴിയും താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഓഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും . 18-3-2008 , 11๑๓ .
(Sd.) ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില 440 രൂപയും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ്ദർഘാസുകൾക്ക് 220 രൂപയുമായി രിക്കും . തപാൽവഴി രൂപയും ലഭിക്കാൻ 250 രൂപയും 5 480 അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
