In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 (f) of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove Sri Abdulla Sona , Advocate , 11/82 , Amnesty , Civil Lane Road , Ayyanthole P. O. , Thrissur from the Register of Notaries since he has stopped his practice as Notary and he was appointed to a permanent post in the year 2004.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notares Act , 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub- rule ( 4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules , 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri S.
