S. R. O. No. 266/2008. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Plantations Labour Act , 1951 (Central Act69 of 1951 ) , Government of Kerala herchy appoint the following Medical Officers of M/ s Kannan Devan Hills Plantation Company Private Limited, Munnar to be certifying Surgeons for the purpose of Section 27 of the said Act within the local limits of Kannan Devan Hills Village of Devikulam Taluk , namely:-
1. Dr. M. Ganesh Prabhu , MBBS ,
Kannan Devan Hills Plantations Company Private Limited, Chundavurrai Estate, S. P. Puram Post- 685 617 .
2. Dr. M. N. Shoban Babu , MBBS ,
Kannan Devan Hills Plantations Company Private Limited , Madupatty Estate , Mattusspatti Post - 685 616.

The doctors mentioned above have been appointed as certifyinl Surgeons for the purpose of Section 27 of the Plantations Labour Act , 195s (Gentral Act 69 of 1951 ) within the local limits of Kannan Devan Hillg Village of Devikulam Taluk.
This notification is intended to achieve the above purpose .
