AUCTION - CUM -TENDER NOTICE No. A2-827 /2008 .
5th February 2008 .
A 1985 Model Crash Tender KCV 84 attached to Fire and Rescue Station , Alappuzha will be sold in auction on 18-4-2008 at 11.00 hours at the premises of Fire and Rescue Station, Alappuzha by the Divisional Officer , Fire and Rescue Services , Southern Division , Thiruvananthapuram under the following conditions:
The intending bidders should deposit an Earnest Money of Rs . 1,000 ( Rupees One thousand only) before the commencement of the auction . The Earnest Money of the highest bidder will be adjusted to the bid amount and that of the others will be refunded on the spot .
Sealed tenders are also invited along with auction sale. Sealed tenders should be accompanied with Demand Draft for Rs . 1,000 ( Rupees One thousand only) drawn in favour of Divisional Officer, Fire and Rescue Services , Southern Division , Thiruvanantha- puram- 1 payable at State Bank of Travancore , Vellayambalam Branch , Thiruvananthapuram and the same will be accepted up to 12.00 hours on 17-4-2008. The top of the cover containing the sealed tenders should be superscribed as " Sealed tender for the purchase of Crash Tender K. C. V. 84. " Those who have submitted sealed tenders can also participate in the auction sale . But it is not compulsory to participate in the auction sale for those who have already submitted sealed tender .
Fire Force Department
The sealed tenders will be opened after the public auction and the highest bid amount of the auction sealed tender will be accepted accepted for the sale of the Crash Tender KCV 84 in normal cases . But the undersigned will have the power to cancel the auction and the sealed tender even without any particular reason.
The highest bidder on whose favour the auction is knocked down or sealed tender is accepted should remit 25 % of the bid amount and the balance amount plus admissible Sales Tax ( VAT) will be paid within 15 days on receipt of confirmation orders .
If the highest bidder fails to follow the above conditions , auction- cum-sealed tenders will be arranged again , and 25 % of the bid amount and Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited to Government Account from the highest bidder . Any loss as a result of such re - auction- cum-sealed tender to department, will also be realised from the defaulted bidder under Revenue Recovery Act in force .
Those who wish to participate in the auction sale/ submit, sealed tenders can inspect the vehicle at Fire and Rescue Station , Alappuzha during office hours on any working days with the permission of the Station Officer , Fire and Rescue Station, Alappuzha.

അഗ്നിരക്ഷാ സേവനവകുപ്പ് വക ആലപ്പുഴ ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റേഷനിലെ (കാഷ് ടെൻഡർ കെ . സി . വി . 84 ( 1986 മോഡൽ ) ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സ്ഥിതിയിലും അവസ്‌ഥയിലും 18-4-2008 പകൽ ആലപ്പുഴ ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റേറഷൻറെ പരിനപരിസരത്തുവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ചെയ്ത് കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . 11 മണിക്ക ceres .
മുദ്രപതിച്ച ലേലത്തോടൊപ്പം മുദ്ര പതിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകളും ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 17-4-2008 പകൽ 12 മണിവരെ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ വഴിയോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . 12 മണിക്കുശേഷം തപാലിൽ വരുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മുദ്രപതിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ഉൾക്കൊളളുന്ന കവറിൻ്റെ പുറത്ത് ഫേയർ ভোজনের റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പുവക കാഷ് ടെണ്ടർ കെ. സി . വി . 84 വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെണ്ടർ " എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ഡിവിഷണൽ ആഫീസർ , ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് , സ‌ൺ ഡിവിഷൻ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് (പ്രസ് പി . ഒ . , ഹൗസിംഗ് ബോർഡ് 25 , ചെങ്കൽചൂള , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -1 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . പരസ്യലേലത്തിനുശേഷം തുകയോ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുളള ടെണ്ടറുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിൽ വിളിച്ച തുകയോ ഒടണ്ടറിൽ ഏതാണ് കൂടുതൽ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ചശേഷം ആ തുകയ്ക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ലേലം ഉറപ്പി ക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ നൽകിയവർക്കും ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ ടെണ്ടർ നൽകിയിരിക്കണമെന്ന് നിർബന്‌ധമില്ല .
ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേലം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനു മുമ്പായി 1,000 ( ആയിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ണ്ടർ നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി 1,000 രൂപയുടെ ക്രോസ് ചെയ്യാത്ത ബാങ്ക് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് സ്റേറററ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് (ട്രാവൻകൂർ , വെള്ളയമ്പലം (ബാഞ്ചിൽ മാറ്റത്തക്കവിധം ഡിവിഷണൽ ആഫീസർ ,

(PART III ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവീസസ് , ദക്ഷിണമേഖല , തിരുവനന്തപുരം ! നോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. വിലാസത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടറി ഏററവും കൂടിയ തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം വിളിക്കുന്ന ആളിൻറെ /ടെണ്ടർ നൽകുന്നയാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും ടിയാൻ ഉടൻതന്നെ ലേലത്തുകയുടെ 25 % അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതും ബാക്കി തുകയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെ ടുത്തി ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം അടയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതുമാണ് . ലേലം / ണ്ടർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ആളിൻറ ഒഴികെയുളളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിൽ മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതു മായിരിക്കും . പുനർലേലത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയത് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാ ക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതലായി കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക്തുകയ്ക്ക് മുൻലേല ക്കാരന് അവകാശമില്ലാത്തതുമാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യമില്ലാത്ത ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ലേലം /ടെണ്ടർ നൽകു വാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണി വരെ ആലപ്പുഴ ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റേഷനിലെ സ്‌റോഷൻ ആഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ വാഹനം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . എന്നാൽ കാരണമൊന്നും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം ഭാഗികമായോ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് പൂർണ്ണമായോ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് അധികാരം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും .
