കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ 29-5-2007-ലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ച് 2007 ഒക്ടോബർ മാസം 23, 24, 25 തീയതികളിൽ നടത്തിയ ഫസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്സ്മാൻ ടെസ്റ്റിനും ഹെഡ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്സ്മാൻ ടെസ്റ്റിനും ജയിച്ചവരുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു. 23-5-1974-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് അനുസരിച്ച് [ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ്.) നമ്പർ 129/74/പി.ഡി. തീയതി 24-5-1975] ഓരോ പേപ്പറിന്റേയും ഫലം പ്രത്യേകം കൊടുത്തിട്ടു≠്. ടെസ്റ്റ് പൂർണ്ണമായും ജയിച്ചിട്ടു≠ോ എന്ന് ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളുടെയും ഫലം നോക്കി നി›യിക്കേ≠താണ്. 29-7-1978-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം [ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ്.) നമ്പർ 556/78/പി.ഡി. തീയതി 29-7-1978] 1-4-1977-നുശേഷം ഒരു ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ജയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്കുമാത്രമേ കമ്മീഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകു കയുള്ളു. 1-4-1977-നുമുമ്പ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ഭാഗികമായി പാസ്സാകുകയും എന്നാൽ 1-4-1977-നുശേഷം ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ ബാക്കിപേപ്പറുകൾ പാസ്സായി ടെസ്റ്റ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവർ റിസൾട്ട് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച ഗസറ്റും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മേലധികാരികളെ കാണിച്ച് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടുത്തി സർവ്വീസ് ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 29-7-1978-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവിൻപ്രകാരം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അർഹതയുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗ സ്ഥൻമാർ പരീക്ഷ ജയിച്ച വിവരം സർവ്വീസ് ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് കമ്മീഷൻ നൽകുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പ് മേലധികാരി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാക്കേ ≠താണ്.
2. ഫസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്സ്മാൻ ടെസ്റ്റിനും ഹെഡ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്സ്മാൻ ടെസ്റ്റിനും പ്രത്യേകം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നൽകു ന്നതുകൊ≠് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിനും പാസ്സാ കുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർ∞ികൾ അതാത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾക്ക് പ്രത്യേകം അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനു വേ≠ിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ അനുബന്ധത്തിൽ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഒന്നിന് 50 (അൻപത്) രൂപ ക്രമത്തിൽ 0051-(105) സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ 800 അതർ റസീറ്റ്സ് എന്ന ഹെÕിൽ ഫീസടച്ച് അസ്സൽ ചെല്ലാൻ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും വിവരം നൽകാതിരിക്കുകയോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനത ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ അപ്രകാരമുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
അപേക്ഷയിൽ നൽകുന്ന വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് ആധാരമായ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റുകളോ എെഡന്ററ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളോ അപേക്ഷയോ ടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
1995 ജനുവരി മുതലുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ പരീക്ഷ എഴു തിയവർ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റോ അറ്റന്റൻസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോ കൈവശമില്ല എങ്കിൽ പരീക്ഷ പാസ്സായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനു വേ≠ിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള ഫീസ് കൂടാതെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ഒരു അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിന് 100 രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ '0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee' എന്ന ഹെÕിൽ ഫീസ് അടച്ച് അസ്സൽ ചെല്ലാൻ അനുബന്ധം ര≠ിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള എെഡന്റിഫിക്കേഷൻ സർട്ടിഫി ക്കറ്റും സത്യപ്രസ്താവനയും ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയോ, ഗസറ്റഡ് ഓഫീസറോ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടു ത്തിയതുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
3. പരീക്ഷയിൽ വിവധ വിഷയങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാർക്കിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങൾ പേപ്പറൊന്നിന് ഇരുപത് രൂപ ഫീസ് സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. മാർക്ക് ലിസ്റ്റി നുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരീക്ഷാഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി മൂന്നു മാസത്തിനകം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
4. നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമം അനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കടലാ സുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ അനുവാദമില്ല. എന്നാൽ പേപ്പർ ഒന്നിന് 25 (ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ച്) രൂപ '0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee' എന്ന ഹെÕിൽ അടച്ച് അസ്സൽ ചെല്ലാൻ സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാർക്കുകൾ കൂട്ടിനോക്കി തെറ്റുകൾ വല്ലതും സംഭ വിച്ചിട്ടു≠ോ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ച് വിവരം അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ഈ പരിശോധന പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ ആഫീസിൽ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും നടത്തുന്നത്. ഇതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരീക്ഷാഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
