3. Only really urgent matters including be company matters which are required to immediately or promptly dealt with, willbe received in the Registry of the Court during the Christmas holidays provided they are accompanied by memo giving reasons for urgent posting .
TheHigh Court of Kerala will remain closed for the Christmas Holidays , 2007 , from 21-12-2007to 31-12-2007 (both days inclusive) as already notified . The Vacation Court sittings during the Christmas holidays shall be on 24-12-2007 and 28-12-2007 .
2. Under Section 8 of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958, the Honourable the Chief Justice is pleased to nominate the following Honourable Judges as Vacation Judges for hearing all urgent matters which are required to be immediately orpromptly dealt with during the Christmas Holidays as detailed below:
4. Matters to be moved before the Vacation Judge/ Bench may be filed in the Filing Section of the Registry between 10.15 a. m . and 1.30 p. m . on all days except Sundays and other public holidays. Unless otherwise directedby the Vacation Judge/ Bench, no matter shall be sent to the Judge/Bench on the same day of its filing .

(i) Confers upon Sri B. M. Assu , 33 /28A, Mass Corner , Malapparamba , Kozhikode all the powers conferred upon a Magistrate of the First Class under the said code in respect of all cases of persons travelling without a proper pass or ticket over any part of the Southern Railway within the Districts of Kasaragod , Thalassery, Kozhikode and that part of the District of Manjeri which lies to the north of and exculsive of Tirur or Committing over any part of the said Railway in the above said area , any of offences falling under sections 137 to 139, 141 & 142, 144 to 147, 155155 to 157, 159, 162, 163 , 166 and 167 of ihe Indian Railways Act , 1989 ( Central Act 24 of1989). the
(ii) Appoints the said Sri B.M. Assu as Honorary Special Judicial Magistrate of the Second Class (Railways) , Kozhikode for a period of one year with effect from 13-1-2008 F.N. and;
തൃശ്‌ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ വിയ്യൂർ സെൻട്രൽ ജയിൽ തോട്ടത്തിലുള്ള 2007-08 വർഷത്തിൽ മാവ് , പ്ലാവ് , കശുമാവ് , ഇലവ് എന്നീ ഫലവൃഷങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുളള എടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അടിസ്‌ഥാനത്തിൽ വിൽക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പരസ്യം മുഖേന ഏറെറടുക്കുവാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ള വ്യക്തികളിൽ നിന്നും വ്യാപാരികളിൽ നിന്നും നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ട ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൽ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു .
(ii) Further confers upon him under section 261 of the said Code, the powers to try summarily the offences set out earlier.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Code of Griminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) , the High Court of Kerala hereby:
(1) (i) Confers upon Sri Subramaniam , M. , Saravanabhavan, Enikara , Karakulam P. О. , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 564 all the powers conferred upon a Magistrate of the Second Class under the said code in regard to cases generally arising in the Corporation area of Thiruvananthapuram District and empowers him to try such cases sitting singly in the said area ;
മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 19-3-2008 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീക രിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനോടെപ്പം സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കററ് നിരതദ്രവ്യം എന്നിവ ഹാജരാക്കണം , നിരതദ്രവ്യം വിയ്യൂർ സെൻട്രൽ പ്രിസൺ സൂപ്രണ്ടിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഡി.ഡി , ആയി ഹാജരാക്കണം . ചെക്കുകളോ സ്‌ഥിരം നിക്ഷേപത്തിന്റെ രസീതുകളോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തിൽ കാണിച്ച രിക്കുന്ന മാതൃക അനുസരിച്ച് ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറ് ബോണ്ട് 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പിട്ട് ടെണ്ടറി നോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കണം .
(ii) Appoints the said Sri Subramaniam, M. as Honourary Special Judicial Magistrate of the Second Class, Thiruvananthapuram for a period of one year with effect from the date of assumption of charge as such and;
(iii) Further confers upon him under section 261 of the said code , the powers to try summarily the offences set out earlier.
