Sealed competitive tenders subscribing the name of items are invited by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala for the supply of items are shown in the approved and eligible Contractors of P.W.D. till 3 p.m. on 25-3-2008 .

1. Display panel for Interpretation Centre

1,000 (a) Panel of size 6ft x 4ft vertically placed with coated metal frame surfaced with water proof plywood finished with velvet texture . Heading board brass plate with vinyl lettering PU coated A synthetic frame work of size 1.5" width of aesthetic design is used to frame the board (6ft x 4ft ) with vertical wall mounting facility . Photographs /Drawings of individual species of one large family is depicted on this board by way of laminations . Each species of the family member depicted is individually titled with bi - lingual description of scientific names . The family thus depicted will also have a flip book presentation with 2 page per species in Malayalam and English (2 Nos . x 22000 44000) .

2. Audio surface system and fabrication of Cabinet for the Plasma TV

1,250 Cabinet of size 6ft x 4ft on 16 guage MS sheet with provision for a plasma TV of size 42 " at the centre . A space for placing a DVD player is provided on the sided with provisions for holding a 5 + 1 Surround sound theatre system with acoustic designing . The entire cabinet will have storage enclosures for holding CD's and Cassettes . The whole cabinet will have a header board depicting the Sanctuary name . The whole unit will be mounted on a heavy duty pedestal mount of proper height for viewing and along with the cost of the 10,000 watts Audio system with woofer for the effective running of wildlife movies / classes ete: The frontage of the TV part will be covered with imported acrylic sheet for a crystal clear viewing . A bracket is provided to hold a retractable screen is also provided to use it as and when required . The entire unit is powder coated with aesthetic colouration ( 1 No. 50,000) .

Cost of tender form-Rs . 400+ VAT .

Tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day at the office of the undersigned at Parambikulam.

Earnest Money in the form of the Demand Draft or FDR from any Scheduled bank duly pledged in favour of the investigation should submitted alongwith the tender . The tenders should be accompanied with a preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 otherwise the tender will be rejected outright . The last date or issue of tender form will be at 1 p.m. on 25-3-2003 . Tenders will be opened at 4 p.m. on 25-3-2008 . Tenderers who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the above said manner will be summarily rejected . Wildlife Watden reserves every right to reject the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. If the day proposed for tender happens to be a public holiday , the same willbe conducted on the next working day without charge in the time , place and conditions . If the tender is not conducted due to lack of enough number of tenders or due to any other reason other than what is mentioned in the previous paragraph tender will be conducted on 26-3-2008 or 27-3-2008 without any change in the place, time . All the conditions regarding the execution of civil works in Kerala Public Works Department will be applicable in the case of this work.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

(a) Only established firms / organizations individual with at least 8 years Interpretation should apply . experience in the field of (b) The Contractors who have executed similar type of work with the Kerala Forest Department in the last 5 years .

(d) The copy of the base of experience also should be enclosed along with full tended form failing to which the tender will not be considered.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച മുദ്രവച്ച ദുഘാസുകൾ 25-3-2008 പകൽ 4 മണിക്ക് ഹാജറായിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാറുടെ " വാർഡനോ 0300 അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ പറമ്പിക്കുളം വൈൽഡ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .

നിരതദ്രവ്യം പാമ്പിക്കുളം വൈൽഡ് ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻ പേരിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ദേശസാൽകൃത സർക്കാർ ഷെഡ്യൂൾ ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും എടുത്ത ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്റാ" ആയിരിക്കണം .

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് പത്രത്തോടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പുവച്ച ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . ഇവ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

ദർഘാസ് പറമ്പിക്കുളം വൈൽഡ്‌ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 25-3-2008 പകൽ 1 മണി വരെ നൽകുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണി വരെ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം സർക്കാർ പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം സ്ഥലം , സമയം , നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇവയിൽ മാറ്റമില്ലാതെ ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും .

മതിയായ എണ്ണം ദർഘാസുകാരില്ലാതെ വരുകയോ മേൽ ഖണ്‌ഡികയിൽ (പ്രസ്താവിച്ചതല്ലാതെയുളള കാരണത്താലോ ദർഘാസ്‌ നടത്തുവാൻ കഴിയാതെ വരികയാണെങ്കിൽ സ്‌ഥലം , സമയം , നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇവയിൽ മാറ്റമില്ലാതെ 26-3-2008 -നോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 27-3-2008 -നോ ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്ന താണ് . കേരള പൊതുരോമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ സിവിൽ ജോലികൾക്ക് ബാധകമായിട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ജോലിക്കും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും

പ്രത്യേക നിബന്ധനകൾ

( എ) കഴിഞ്ഞ 8 വർഷമായി ഇതേ ജോലികളിൽ പരിചയ സമ്പന്നരാ പങ്കെടുത്താൽ മതി . സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ποια (ബി) കഴിഞ്ഞ 5 വർഷമായി കേരള വനം വകുപ്പിന്റെ ഇത്തരത്തിലുളള ജോലികൾ കരാറുകാർ മാത്രം പങ്കെടുത്താൽ മതി .

(സി ) കരാറുകാർ മൃഗങ്ങളുടെ സ്വഭാവ വൈവിധ്യങ്ങളിൽ പരിചയസമ്പന്നരായിരിക്കണം .

(ഡി ) പരിചയസമ്പന്നത തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കാറുകൾ ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
