കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി നിലമ്പൂർ സൗത്ത് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്ത് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് സർക്കാർ സംരംഭങ്ങളിൽ/ഉടമസ്ഥതയിൽ വിജയകരമായി വൈദ്യൂതി കമ്പിവേലി സാമഗ്രികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയോ നിർമ്മിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള 2 വർഷത്തിൽ കുറയാതെ പ്രവൃത്തി പരിചയമുള്ള അംഗീകൃത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ടി വൈദ്യൂതി കമ്പിവേലികൾക്ക് 2 വർഷത്തെ സുരക്ഷാപത്രം കരാറുകാരൻ നൽകേ≠താണ്. പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെയും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന സാമഗ്രികളുടെയും ഗുണമേ∑ സംബന്ധിച്ച സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ കരാറുകാരൻ യഥാസമയം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരന്/സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി, ഇൻകം ടാക്സ് രജിസ്ട്രേഷനുകൾ ഇവ നിർബന്ധമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 28-8-2008-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതും വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകിട്ട് 4 മണിക്ക് താഴെ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽവെച്ച് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ആഫീസറോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അദ്ദേഹം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മറ്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധി ക്കുന്നതാണ്. നി›ിത ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ അവധിയായാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതു മായിരിക്കും.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും മറ്റു വിശദവിവരങ്ങളും ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ നിലമ്പൂർ സൗത്ത് ഡിവിഷന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നോ കരുളായി, കാളികാവ് റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസുകളിൽ നിന്നോ അന്വേഷിച്ചാൽ അറിയാവുന്ന താണ്. ഫോൺ 04931-220392, 270296, 245720) ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായി (മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്ന തല്ല) അടച്ച് രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. മേൽ നിബന്ധനകൾ പ്രകാരമല്ലാതെ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്ന താണ്. കേരള വനം വകുപ്പ്, പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പുകളുടെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കും ബാധകമാണ്. അപൂർണ്ണവും നി›ിത സമയത്ത് ലഭിക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണം ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടുത്താതെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകൾ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഭൂജല വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന കുടിവെള്ള വിതരണ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിന് (സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിതരണവും ജോലി നടപ്പാക്കലും) വേ≠ി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അസി. എക്സി. എഞ്ചിനീയർ, സെൻട്രൽ വർക്ക്ഷോപ്പ് ആന്റ ് സ്റ്റോഴ്സ്, ഭൂജലവകുപ്പ്, കാവനാട് പി. ഒ., കുരിപ്പുഴ, കൊല്ലം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും പേരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. വൈകി എത്തുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല. 2-9-2008-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഫോറങ്ങൾ 2-9-2008-ന് ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരാകുന്ന കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ച് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.

കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുനിന്നുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കും വ്യ‡ി കൾക്കും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ പത്രവിലയും തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 100 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായോ പണമായോ ദർഘാസ് വിലയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ദർഘാസിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയുടെ 2.5% അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, സെൻട്രൽ വർക്ക്ഷോപ്പ് ആന്റ ് സ്റ്റോഴ്സ്, ഭൂജലവകുപ്പ്, കാവനാട്, പി. ഒ, കുരിപ്പുഴ, കൊല്ലം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ കൊല്ലത്ത് മാറാവുന്നവിധം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധി ആകുന്നപക്ഷം തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അവകാശം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the Chemicals for Lab use from authorized dealers/ manufacturers.

Quantity—As per specification.

PAC—Rs. 80,000.

EMD—1%.

Cost of original tender form—Rs. 400 + ST.

Cost of duplicate tender form—Rs. 200 + ST.

The tender should be superscribed with tender No. and name of the item in sealed cover addressed to The Executive Chemist, Regional Analytical Laboratory, Ground Water Department, Civil Station, Kakkanad, Ernakulam-682 030. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 16-9-2008 at 3 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will start with effect from 18-8-2008, 11 a.m. and will be closed at 12 Noon on 16-9-2008. The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 2 p. m. on 16-9-2008.

Intending tenderers may give application to the Executive Chemist, Regional Analytical Laboratory, Ground Water Department, Civil Station, Kakkanad, Ernakulam-682 030 to obtain the requisite tender forms. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a Cash remittance/Money Order in favour of the Executive Chemist, Regional Analytical Laboratory, Ground Water Department, Civil Station, Kakkanad, Ernakulam-682 030 at the price fixed for a tender form/set of forms and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Draft or Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. No tender3 forms will be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued on payment. An Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total value has to be submitted along with the tender offer.

An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) should be submitted with each tender form. Stamp paper will be supplied outside Kerala with tender forms on payment of Rs. 75 (Rupees Seventy five only) (Rs. 50 for stamp paper and Rs. 25 for postal and incidental charges) which may be remitted by money order along with cost of tender forms.

All Government rules prevailing will be applicable to the tender. Due to any reason if the tender opening day is declared a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day. The Executive Chemist is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons thereof.

നൽകുന്നതിലേക്ക് 75 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായി ടെ≠ർ ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഇതിൽ 25 രൂപ പോസ്റ്റൽ ചാർ÷ിനാണ്. ചെക്കുകൾ/പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ/ ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ മുതലായവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1% ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് കെമിസ്റ്റിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത മാണ്. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധി ദിവസമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
