Sealed tenders are invited for the execution of Annual Maintenance Contract to the Computer System and accessories installed to the various departments of Govt. Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.

The tenders should superscribed "Tender for the execution of Annual Maintenance Contract to the Computer system and accessories installed" and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.

P.A.C. —Rs. 62,000.

Cost of tender form (Non-refundable):

Original (Inclusive of KVAT)—Rs. 450

Duplicate (Inclusive of KVAT)—Rs. 225

Date and time for sale of tender form—31-7-2008 to

30-8-2008, 2 p. m.

Last date and time for receipt of tender form—

8-9-2008, 2 p. m.

Date and time for opening of tenders—8-9-

2008, 3 p.m.

Date upto which the rates to be firm—30-9-2008.

Rs. 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if

the tender form has to be sent by post.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance. The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the form be sent per V. P. P.

തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലെ വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകൾ, അനുബന്ധസാമഗ്രികൾ എന്നിവ സർവ്വീസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് എ. എം. സി. എടുക്കാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഒറിജിനൽ— രൂപ 450 (മൂല്യ വർദ്ധിത നികുതി

ഉൾപ്പെടെ).

ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ്—രൂപ 225 (മൂല്യ വർദ്ധിത നികുതി

ഉൾപ്പെടെ).

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയ്ക്കു പുറമേ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും

സമയവും—31-7-2008 മുതൽ 30-8-2008, 2 മണി വരെ.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും

സമയവും—8-9-2008, 2 മണി വരെ.

ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—

8-9-2008, 3 മണി.

10-11-2008 വരെ നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാ ണ്.
