TENDER NOTICE
No. A6/946/ 2008-09/GCW. 20th September 2008.
Scaled tenders are invited for the installation of Public Address System in the Government College for Women during the year 2008. The details of required specifications will be supplied along with the tender form.
The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the college between 10 am. to 1 p.m. on all working days on payment of Rs . 700+ VAT . Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued at Rs . 400 + VAT . Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamp of worth of Rs . 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circum- stances . The tender forms are not transferable .
Cheque/Postage st mp/Postal order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by VPP . Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the state in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs . 50 being the cost of stamp paper and Rs . 30 towards postage , money order alone willbe accepted for this purpose.
NB. The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes .
The tendr should be submitted as Tender No. A6/946 /2008-09 /GCW dated 20-9-2008 for the installation of a Public Address System and addressed to the Principal , Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 18-10-2008 at 2p.m. Tenders received after the date and time will notbe accepted under any circumstances . The tenders received with in the time stipulated above would be opened on 18-10-2008 at 3 p.m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.

ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 18-10-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജ് , പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറ പേരിൽ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കവറിൻറെ ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ എ 6 / 946,2008-09 /സ , വ , കോ , എന്നും അതിനു പുറമേ പബ്ലിക് അഡ്രസ്‌സ് സിസ്‌ററം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനായി എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കണം , വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടർ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആവശ്യമുള്ള വിശദീകര ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം നൽകുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 18-10-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി .
ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 18-10-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില രൂപ 700 + വാറ്റുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 1 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നു ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർ ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം തപാൽ ചാർജും ( 50 രൂപയുടെ സ്ററാമ്പ് പതിപ്പിച്ച കവർ സഹിതം) അയയ് ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിയോർഡർ മണിയോർഡർ ഫോമിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടവർ മേൽവിലാസം വ്യക്‌തമായി എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനു വേണ്ടി അയച്ച തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ചെയ്യാൻ ടെണ്ടർ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു . കൈമാററ
തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് , ചെക്ക് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന് രൂപ 400 + വാറും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
കുറിപ്പ് : ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിലയെഴുതുമ്പോൾ അത് നികുതിയടക്കമുള്ളതായിരിക്കണം .
