ദർഘാസുകൾ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ 169 രൂപ വില നൽകി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ് . 13-10-2008 , 3 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാ വുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ചെക്ക്, (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്‌റേറജ് സ്ററാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . വി , പി . പി . ആയി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല , ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ് ഹോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഒരു പ്രതിക്ക് 113 രൂപ കൂടി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remitt- ance of Rs . 150 + 12.5 % VAT- 169 which is the price fixed for the same and which is non - refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 13-10-2008 , 3 p . m . Cheques , Stamps , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P.
