NOTICE
OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
22nd March 2008.
Notice is hereby given for general information that
the members of Home Crafts and Housing Development
Company Limited at an extraordinary general meeting of
the company held on 22-3-2008 passed the following
resolution to wind up the above Company Voluntarily :
SPECIAL RESOLUTION
"Resolved that pursuant to the provisions of Section
484 (1) (b) and other provisions if any of the Companies
Act, 1956 consent of the shareholders be and is hereby
given for winding up of the company.
Resolved further that Mr. Vincent Varkey,
Vypana House, Changampuzha Nagar P. O., Cochin-33 be
and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for
the purpose of winding up.
Resolved further that Mr. Vincent Varkey, the
Liquidator be and is hereby empowered to exercise all
powers as provided in sub clause (i) to (iv) of
sub section 2 of section 457 of the Companies Act, 1956"
