The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for re- checking. Applications for re-checking received from answer scripts have been invalidated willnot be considered. The register numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the short list without further notice .
The fee once remitted will not be refunded .
The candidates who have secured 75 ( Seventy- five) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List . The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary Lists .
In the case of candidates who send applications for re- checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re - checked and the result of the re -checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office .

The following is the Short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provi- sionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Sanskrit) on Rs . 3050-5230 (PR) in the Education Department in Kozhikode District ( Category No. 96/2006) on the basis of the written test held on 10-5-2007.

Notes. 1. Inclusion of Register Numbers in this List ispurelyprovisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis . Inclusion of Register Number in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List .
2. The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidates in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage .
The candidates who have secured 59 (Fifty Nine) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List . The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the candidates included in ihe Supplementary Lists.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. ( P) No. 46/ 2007/ SC / STDD dated 25-8-2007 shall produce the same as and when called for. Such Candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates . As regards such Candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes , their register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non- Creamy Layer Certificate .
The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course .
Re-checking of Answer Scripts will not be allowed before publishing the Ranked List .
