a and Whereas Officer Commanding GREF has deposited with this Court a sum of Rs . 6,57,888 (Rupees Six Lakh Fifty Seven thousand eight hundred and eighty eight only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependants of the deceased Sri N. Babu who met with fatal accident while employed under the GREF whereas it is reported thatreported that ( 1 ) Smt.Rohininini (Wife) (2) MMaster Akhil (Minor Son) , (3) Kumari- Athulya (Minor Daughter) , Puthen purayil House, Kottakkupuram , Clappana P. O. , Kollam are his only dependants as defined under Section 2 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, ifany others claim to be such dependants should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette , prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same . Ifno such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above Claims preferred there after will not be considered.
ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ ഗ്രഫിൻം പകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ . എൻ . ബാബുവിനോ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് വർക്ക്മെൻറ്സ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി രൂപ 6,57,888 ( ആറു ലക്ഷത്തി അൻപത്തിയേഴായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റിഎൺപത്തി എട്ട് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടി വച്ചി രി ക്കു ന്നു. അന്വഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1) (ശ്രീമതി രോഹിണി (৩১ ), (2) അഖിൽ ( പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത മകൻ ) , (3 ) കുമാരി അതുല്യ ( പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത മകൾ), പുത്തൻ പുരയിൽ ഹൗസ് , കോട്ടയ്ക്കുപുറം , ക്ലാപ്പന പി . ഒ. , കൊല്ലം , പിൻ. 690 525 എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . മിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസററിൽ പരസ്യ പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ക്കേണ്ടതും കഴിഞ്ഞുളള അവധി പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതമാകുന്നു . തെളിയി ഹർജികൾ

Whereas Senior Divisional Financial Manager, Southen Railway has desposited with this Court a sum of Rs . 2,66,400 ( Rupees two lakhs sixty six thousand and four hundred only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependants of the deceased Sri V. Janardhanan Pillai who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Southern Railway and whereas it is reported that യതിൽ ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) ( ശ്രീ . എം . കൃഷ്ണൻ നായർ (പിതാവ്) , (2 ) (ശ്രീമതി(2) (ശ്രീമതി ബി . വിജയലക്ഷ്മി (മാതാവ്) , മീനത്തേതിൽ " തെക്കതിൽ , പളളിയ്ക്കൽ നൂറനാട് പി. ഒ . , പിൻ .690 504 എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളുവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ വിവരിച്ച പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയി ക്കേണ്ടതും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണി ക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു .

ശ്രീ. സിറിയ്ക്ക് മാത്യൂ , കോട്ടയത്തിന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ . കെ . മാധവൻ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി 2,03,340 രൂപ ( രണ്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി മൂവായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറി നാൽപ്പത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 ( 1 ) ( ഡി ) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) (ശ്രീമതി തങ്കമ്മ മാധവ (ഭാര്യ ) , പൂളിക്കോട്ട്ചിറയിൽ, കഞ്ഞിക്കുഴി, എസ് .എൻ . പുരം , അലപ്പുഴയും ( 2) ശ്രീമതി അജിത (๑๓๐) , എന്ന വർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളു വെന്നും റിപ്പോ ർട്ട ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു . അപ്രകാരമുളള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന ๑๐๐ ആരെങ്കിലുമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാധവൻ നോട്ടീസ്ஜூ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം എൻറെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്. നിർദ്‌ദിഷ സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശഅവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചിലെ ങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനു ശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ക്കുന്നതല്ല . അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണി

Whereas the Executive Engineer, Kerala State Electricity Board , Electrical Division , Adoor has deposited with this Court a sum of Rs . 4,29,640 (Rupees , four lakh twenty nine thousand six hundred and forty only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependants of the deceaseddeceased Sri Anil Kumar who met with a fatal accident while employed under aPetty Contractor , Electrical Division , Pallickal and whereas it is reported that ( 1 ) Sri M. Krishnan Nair (Father), (2) Smt . B. Vijayalekshmi (Mother) Meenathethil thekkathil , Pallickal , Nooranad P. O. , Pin-690504 are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensa- tion Act, if any others claim to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette , prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same . If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above . Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered .

ഡിവിഷനിലെ പള്ളിയ്ക്കൽ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ പെററി കോൺട്രാക്ടറുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവര അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ . അനിൽകുമാറിൻറ ആശ്രിതര്ക്ക വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്ന തിനായി 4,29,640 രൂപ ( നാല് ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തി ഒൻപതിനായിരത്തി അറുന്നൂറ്റി നാൽപ്പത് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി Gazette .PIf no such in writing before the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Kannur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount ofcompen- sation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above .
