Collegiate Education Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. A2-1731 (6)/2008 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports goods [movable practice net for Cricket and Hand ball post ( portable) ] to the Department of Physical Education , Maharaja's College , Ernakulam for the year 2008-09 under Plan Fund 2008-09 .
The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. 1 /2008-09 for Supply of Sports Goods under Plan Fund 2006-09 " and addressed to the Principal , Maharaja's College, Ernakulam , Kochi - 11 . The last date and time of receipt of tender is 25-10-2008 , 2 p. m.. Late tender will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Estimate cost is Rs . 1,40,000 .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam , Kochi - 11 attain the requisite tender form ( before 2 p.m. on all working days ) on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 788 (700 + 88 VAT) which is the price fixed fort ender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who wish to get the tender form by post have to send Rs . 838 (Rs . 700 +88 + 50) by Money Order . In the case of bidder outside of Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 for executing agreement will be sent on their request along with an additional amount of Rs . 50. Tender forms are not transferable . Cheques , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the tender forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 394 for copy. The rate quoted should be valid upto 31-3-2009 . 1% of the total cost of articles tendered for should be deposited towards EMD . by D.D. drawn in favour of the undersigned .

' എന്ന് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിനു മുകളിൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 25-10-2008 ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിവരെ വിൽക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 2.30 മണിവരെ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്നതും മുദ്രവയ്ക്കാ ത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മൊത്തം 1,40,000 രൂപയാണ് മേൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ തിനായി വക കൊള്ളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് . വാങ്ങുന്ന താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവർ 788 രൂപ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ചോ 838 രൂപ മണിയോർഡർ ആയോ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ് , എറണാകുളം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് കേരളത്തിൽകുറഞ്ഞും കള ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ എഗ്രിമെൻറ് ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അയച്ചു തന്നാൽ ആയത് തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . പകർപ്പ് നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 394 രൂപയും തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 444 രൂപയും അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
